Location We experienced an unexpected issue that required us to leave two days earlier than planned. Unfortunately, the hotel was not flexible in offering a partial refund or accommodating a reschedule for a near date. While the facilities were satisfactory, we believe the customer service could be more responsive and supportive in handling such situations.

After trying for a day to get online, I was told that the WiFI and VPN would not work for business/government iPhones and laptops. I had to use "roaming" all week for the iPhone and workarounds were spotty for the laptop and world work in the conference center next door. Electronic communications. Spotty re-supply of Nespresso pods. Desk chair.

Breakfast was excellent, coffee delicious. Good place to un-wind in the evening and re-energize for the next day. Fantastic shopping mall at 10 min walking distance. NA

Could only check in an hour later as room was not ready. Room window did not seal properly and very loud music and noise from La Parada so we could not sleep. Asked reception if a quieter room available, they said music will stop at 10.30pm - but it carried on much later. Guests should be warned as you wont get any rest in the rooms facing the courtyard.

Breakfast was good and they managed to give me take out breakfast due to early flights. I hope we do not pay for slippers or toothbrushes.

I didn't like the fact that, there was no refrigerator in the room and the booking was made without breakfast so I had to pay anytime I took breakfast. I didn't know until I got to the hotel

shower temperature is not consistent curtain make noises from the air flow from the aircon

the room is facing the bar restaurant that plays loud music on a Sunday evening until 11pm, sound was audible even when window was closed. Hotel may look into window sealing mechanism. Hotel may consider replacing the showerhead as it is difficult to get the correct angle and water flow

Such a hotel should have a proper gym. Breakfast was not even average.
