The lack of an inhouse restaurant from dinner meals

The place was wonderful, staff was exceptional. From the first day we checked in, the process was fast and without huddles. Room service was so quick. You didn't have to wait really. The cleaning staff was friendly and patient with us. One other thing I appreciate about the staff is that when we checked out early at 6am, they arranged breakfast packs for us. Which I really appreciated. You rarely find that I other places. Thank you so much StayEasy team. I would have loved to have a bar fridge and microwave :)

Comfortable, clean, good location. Friendly staff at reception. Hot breakfast options for vegetarians were not available on all days and were very limited. Why not offer baked beans, roasted potatoes, or sauteed mushrooms, which all guests can enjoy?

A shower that didn't smell like mildew

Free coffee all day

Its good value for money in terms of it's location and facilities. Its walking distance to Canal Walk Mall which is fantastic. A bigger breakfast spread to cater for vegetarians / vegans would have been ideal however, it wasn't terrible.

The Location, the Staff, accomodation. The size of the bed.

Service, breakfast, location perfect Run down, bathroom and toilets should be upgraded
-
Breakfast was mediocre, scrambled eggs horrible. No fruits only canned ones, maybe consider a single bed than a sleeper couch in the family room. They really need to improve on this.

The location was great being walking distance to a very nice mall. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choices. The first room we stayed in did not have a working a/c so we did not sleep well. It was very warm. We requested another room. The a/c did work but the noise it made kept us awake most of the night. It was sooo loud!

The breakfast, it was dry and scrambled eggs didn't taste nice. The breakfast menu needs more attention and adding more items to the menu
-
Room very small
-
the breakfast is very minimum on selection WITHOUT vegetarian options

There was no bottled drinking water provided in the room, and I had to purchase it outside of the hotel. When I inquired, I was bluntly told to drink water directly from the tap, which felt quite dismissive. The room itself was very small, with compact beds that made movement uncomfortable and restricted. Additionally, there were no suitable power outlets or adapters for international travelers, and none were offered—once again, I was told to go out and buy one myself. Overall, the experience was very disappointing due to the lack of basic amenities and unhelpful service.

The breakfast should be improved with some more varieties. I think it's very limited.
