Rooms a bit old. But still enjoyable.

Did not have breakfast there. Location was amazing. So the receptionist knew there was a problem with the wifi for a few days which was still not resolved, yet she checked us in and not telling us there is a problem with the wifi. We waited for about 1,5 hours before they decided to move us elsewhere in island club. The move to the new apartment was really good which was not part of Island Club Hotel & Apartments. To me it was about being transparent and honest.

Spacious room with great proximity to the mall, restaurants. Good area too. It’s a bit complicated to get to the room as there are many buildings in the complex.

Beautiful building in a compound setting. Room is big and very large balcony with canal view. Location is very nice, and attached to a mall

The location was great as we had a short trip and it was opposite Canal Walk so very convenient for shopping and dinner. The breakfast was really good. We had to meet a few clients and they were very accommodating towards us in this aspect. We were in the first room by reception and it was very noisy with people laughing, walking in and out so I did not have a peaceful nights sleep.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The place does need a bit of maintenance. Replacing skirtings is fairly inexpensive and would make a huge difference. The duvet inner was way too small for the cover and for the bed. Complex managers should also look at maintaining the outside area, getting quality vendors in order in order to attract guests. The quality of the stores around the canal do not match the quality of the adjacent shopping centre.
