Easy check in. Secure parking. Good location excellent showers. Apartment clean. Few issues:- patio door did not lock, wifi did not work well, but main issue was the awful/foul smell coming from drain in utility- sewage smell- not there all the time, but when present, one could not be in the apartment. This unfortunately would put me off returning. Water cooler rather than aircon- no instructions- unless one knew what a water cooler was, one would not know how to use it . No written instructions- could be improved.

Lovely area to go for a run and catch a quick breakfast at Bootleggers (they were open VERY early) Staff were absolutely amazing - helpful, efficient - and explained everything kindly.
-
Rooms were clean and nice No gym on the property and no free parking. For the amount being charged I would hope for a gym and free parking

Friendly staff, clean facilities, good location. Safe parking The room was prepared for one person only with one towel, one biscuit, etc although we booked for two people. Also note that you need to pay for parking.

Breakfast was very good. Staff friendly and very helpful. Location is very central. Rooms are fairly small but very adequate for one's needs, very modern, quiet and clean, Security good with lifts being card key activated. Secure parking adjoining the hotel The beds were very hard. Not much else not to like about the hotel.

It was close to the meeting venue. The restaurant was excellent. Room was comfortable for a single guest. Large mall nearby. It was pretty far from downtown. Not a lot of restaurant options beyond hotel restaurants (although theirs is very good).

It’s my second time staying in this place. Overall it’s exceptionally clean, very good location, there’s a mall nearby and a lovely park to walk around. It’s also super quiet if you are looking for a more quiet stay away from the city. It is not very well stated that there are two hotels - one is apartments and the other one is just rooms which are for only one person really. I did the trip with my dad and it was not nice to find out that the room is super small with transparent shower. Now partly it’s my fault for not looking at the images but as I stated before I have stayed there already so I thought I know what I’m getting. Nope, they have two hotels and I had no idea. And the hotels are connected literally one building - why separate it I don’t know. The reception staff was not very friendly as well - first of all, just as we arrived after 12 hour flight we were told that our room is ready but we need to pay R300 because we are checking in 30 minutes earlier than the stated time?? Are you joking me??? Who does that?? It was a made up thing on the spot, which was really annoying. Taking advantage of tourists that travelled for that long who obviously want a bed to lay down on. The staff was also not helpful in navigating the room situation,we were promised that they will keep us posted as soon as a room frees up so we can move there, that didn’t happen. I had to be on Booking.com site all the time and eventually found one - we weren’t not being told that a room is available. Overall it’s a lovely place but I definitely not go there again, very disappointed by how we were treated.

Clean, modern hotel, nice juice and water stations in the lobby. The bottle of wine and tea/coffee station in the room was a nice touch. We were disappointed in our stay. At 1:30am we were awoken to the fire alarm. Our corridor was filled with guests who were all unsure of what to do. We called reception and asked “the fire alarm is going off, do we need to evacuate?” To which they replied “false alarm. Our security team is looking into it”. Therefore we felt our safety wasn’t taken into consideration as it could’ve been real. Not to mention that there was no apology or asking if we were all okay. The breakfast we felt was very sparse. There was a small table of food which was average. We were disappointed. Prior to our trip, we attempted several times to contact the hotel via email and phone. There was no communication here either and were told “the number does not exist” however, when we asked after our arrival, we were told it was the correct number. There was no communication via email either. It may also have been nice to be offered a space to freshen up after our long flight as we were unable to check in earlier
