Close to my conference, great breakfast, clean and comfortable.

The location and scenery were real nice. It was walking distance from restaurants and Canal Walk which was a good thing. The breakfast at Mozambik was really good too. Nothing really except the drainage in the bathroom tub wouldn’t close whenever we wanted to use it. It would work for about a min then start to open back up again.

Very spacious for our family. Good breakfast buffet. We didn't realize the pool was at a different hotel. We walked over there and the gate staff were not very friendly. The pool was outside and it was too windy to swim.

Having to call reception for bottles of drinking water a day after check-in. Water should be in the room daily.

Rooms were clean and spacious Breakfast, services was absolutely terrible. Staff unpleasant. Utensils at the eggs station were dirty and they were only cleaning items prior to cooking at the egg station. Chef used the same cooking utensils to open the window! extremely unhygienic. No glasses at juice station, yet the staff are all standing around and having conversations and enjoying the music rather than actually doing their job.

security and, afford free garage parking. depending on room number, with just one elevator location. the floor hall way could be quite of a long walk, for people with slight abilities. the last room which i was in, was the whole block length of the building. i didn't mind the walk, which i need to do more often anyway. If you have such abilities, see if you could get a room closer to the elevator.

The room was kept clean and the staff is friendly. The location is perfect with a number of interesting sights around. The coffee machine provision in every foyer is excellent. The breakfast was so delicious with the very friendly staff.

The rooms were not clean and the matt is old and dirty The matt is too dirty, and smelling terrible, we only got 2 bottles of water and was not replaced the following day.

The hotel is a 10/10.. from the location, size of the room and its furnishing to the overall hotel service, I'm highly satisfied! Great value for money. The staff is consistent, provided great service, not once was I frustrated by anything. Thank you very much for making the stay so beautiful! The breakfast buffet was underwhelming, although I must say that the restaurant staff provided great timeous service.

The fridge is a bit small for 4 people - it is the same size as the one in the room for 2 people.
