This hotel is next to the freeway but the room they gave me was quite.

Great location! Friendly staff! Very clean!

I loved the location and how friendly the staff was!! Our room was a little dingy, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work so anytime we showered it was super humid in there and we had to keep propping the door open. We also did find a cockroach in our room so that wasn’t ideal.

My room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and had good recommendations for sites to visit.

This hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again. Best hotel experience in a while.

The room was very spacious, with free parking, complimentary breakfast snacks, and coffee available throughout the day. It was also very quiet, with no outside noise. The room was spacious, the air conditioning worked well, and everything was very clean. It was also a great place for families with children.

Very clean, spacious room. TV could've been bigger and there was no fan in the bathroom. Also the beds could've been a little softer. But the pillows were amazing and the room was great! Very close to the beach and right next to I5. But inside the room i could'nt hear the highway traffic. Great value. Would stay again.

Clean and comfortable room. No carpet had hard surface floor appropriate for a beach community. Room right next to Interstate I 5 so slight constant traffic noise with window closed. Stepped out of room and pool area was very loud constant traffic noise. Bathtub/shower unit - chipped lining around the drain hole of the tub. Very helpful staff and easy drive to downtown Carlsbad- cute little beach town and wonderful beach.

Regarding the hotel itself, it’s good, not great. The location is perfect for Legoland and food, and is on the lower end for pricing in the area, which is why we chose it. No regrets. The room was very clean, although on the small side and oddly spaced out, with the bathroom at the front, then a long hallway to the room itself. The room was very basic, with basic amenities.. mini-fridge, microwave, small table, small desk and chairs .. but no coffee pot. The internet didn’t work for the tv, so we couldn’t use it for our whole stay, and the wifi only worked the first night, not the second. The lighting is definitely lacking, with one ceiling light off to the corner side of the room, and two bedside lamps that only provide light to the nightstands themselves. There is a small pool, which does not go very deep and is pleasantly warm. The parking is a bit sketchy, a tight squeeze unless you go around back. The proximity to the freeway makes it very noisy all night long. All in all, It was good enough for our stay, without costing too much. And again, the young lady at the front made all the difference. The grumpy older man on the night shift would not have sold us on this place.

We chose this location because it is close to Legoland. Reasonably priced and had good reviews. Rooms are clean, spacious, and odor free.

I loved the location. I also enjoyed Julisa’s customer service. She was wonderful! There was no breakfast and no coffee maker in the room.

Rooms should have been cleaner. Dirty rag left in my room. Smart TV did not work. Room next door kept their TV blaring all night even after the office was notified multiple times.

Absolutely over priced for the way the hotel is but we made it work. Hotel definitely needs some upgrades
