Tamarack Beach Resort Hotel

Resort is clean, staff very helpful, location great!

Clean, staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast, however, needs work! We opted not to have breakfast there the 2nd day.

Staff was welcoming and friendly. Very clean and right across from the beach. Only problem was apple maps would direct us directly to the beach instead of the hotel when hotel was selected. Good breakfast and beautiful environment. Would book here again

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was great from start to finish. The location was perfect and very convenient, and the staff truly stood out. Everyone we encountered was so pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. They made us feel comfortable and were always happy to answer questions or help with anything we needed. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and well maintained. The easy beach access was one of my favorite features. There were several shops and restaurants within a short walking distance. I would definitely return to this establishment.

This property is in a very convenient location. Unfortunately, our room was not. Very noisy. The breakfast was the worst I've had in a long time. Service and attitude lacking by most but not all personnel. We will return again for a second try but only with a room in a different location and an ocean view.

Everything was wonderful! The only thing I noticed was there were no railings in the bathroom.

The room was large and well maintained. Very clean. Polite helpful staff. Good breakfast. Wonderful pool. Across from the beach.

Clean rooms, attentive service, and a nice pool area. The televisions in the rooms were a bit old school, but they functioned fine and let's be honest I didn't come to Carlsbad to watch TV anyway! Overall great amenities.

The property is very nicely maintained and the pool area welcoming and tropical. The views of the beach are the highlight of the property , especially from the upper terrace. The front desk was efficient but didn’t feel like he was overly eager to answer questions. Overall a pleasant stay. The proximity to the beach…amazing

Quick and easy, check-in, friendly staff steps away from the beach extremely clean and tidy property. Will be back again for another time
