We've stayed here three times to go to American Dream Mall/Dreamworks Waterpark and have loved it each time. The breakfast is basic but solid options. Staff is friendly and everything is clean. They have lovely landscaping and a koi pond! The kids love it. Easy to get to mall (5 min) and other dining options a short drive away. Highly recommend if you're doing waterpark or mall activities.

The room was very quiet and the staff attentive. The issue was the cost of the room imposed by the owner/management. Clearly the hotel was ripping everyone off as this was the day of a world cup game. Standalone parking was $200. A small can of beer $10. Claim to be closest to the stadium but then stated you needed a shuttle which cost another $25. Walking was free. All a money grab.

Great Location to as I was visiting the Salem area!! Staff was great, people were very nice. Pet Friendly was a plus!! Breakfast had several options, and enjoyed them very much! Responsive team! They had construction going on, which was fine, but I would have liked to have known about it before my trip! I got the e-mail a few hours after I left the house. However, management did right by me, they took care of the situation and made my stay enjoyable!! Thanks Team!!

Breakfast was good. The shuttle is very convenient. The hotel was nice. Only complaint is that we traveled with a young baby and the tub in the room was broken so bathtime was a bit of a challenge.

Everything was perfect! I love staying at Hampton Inns when I travel. Other than the “eggs”, the breakfast was great too. The eggs had no taste and the texture was odd.
