Clean room was so dirty

Room was not the best but you get what you buy I also don’t like the 150$ deposit witch I got a week later. Staff didn’t clean my room parking was ok I guess over all never again will I book here.

The entire hotel was dirty. The floors and room were disgusting. Hair was left on the floor and toilet. My daughter’s feet turned black from walking around the room barefoot. The pics online and definitely misleading. Pics of housekeepers cleaning must have only been for the pictures. The noise level at night was super loud and made it hard to sleep.

As a family of four, we found that the room was only stocked with three washcloths and three towels. I contacted the front desk to request additional linens, but was informed that none were available and that we would have to wait until housekeeping arrived the following morning. The next morning, I encountered housekeeping staff. Despite my attempts to communicate our need for additional towels, including using gestures, there was a language barrier as they did not speak English. I then sought assistance from another hotel guest to facilitate communication with housekeeping. I was informed that housekeeping would deliver additional towels by 1:00 PM; however, these were never received, and we did not see housekeeping again. My family and I subsequently left for a Giants preseason game. Upon our return, we spoke with a different hotel employee regarding the missing towels. He stated that he only had a limited supply available and provided us with 3 washcloths that were visibly soiled and torn. I was deeply dismayed by the unsuitable linen he gave me. We left the next day

I’m sure the price tag is due to the proximity to MetLife but that was the only redeeming quality. Lights in room didn’t work half the time, was super hot in there and in the main area, no hot water and the bathroom door doesn’t fully shut.

Great staff very friendly great location for going to MetLife Stadium

The hotel offers vending machines as well as washers and dryers, which was convenient, but when I needed change to use them, none was available. Another inconvenience was the air conditioner, which automatically turned off at regular intervals. Coming in from the hot weather, it was uncomfortable having to deal with the room warming up repeatedly. While the host's customer service was a positive part of our stay, the overall condition of the property and some of these inconveniences made the experience less enjoyable.

Just a short distance from the MetLife stadium

The only positive of this property was the proximity to the Metlife Stadium. I counted 6 cigarette burns in my blanket, along with ashes on the night table and behind the light fixture on the table. Air conditioning did not work. When I went to the front desk to inquire about the issue, the employee said that there was nothing he could do. The power outlet by the sink was hanging out of the wall. Which I thought was really safe. My first and last staying at this property.

Need my money back

Place was horrible. Dirty, mold in shower, hair everywhere, stains on sheets, whole floor of room gets wet when shower is running, no lights in alley way of entire floor where room was located, no hot water, staff did not come and check after being told they would. Overall stay was horrible

The location of the hotel is great. But they have horrendous amount of bed bugs. I went back home with severe bug bites and an allergic reaction!!!

Sheets weren’t changed. They were stained with body fluids.

I liked everything

It was close to the stadium. The room was clean. The lock on the one door didn’t lock
