I truly loved the breakfast. Everything was absolutely excellent from start to finish. The food was fresh, flavorful, and prepared perfectly. Every item was delicious, and you could tell that a lot of care and attention went into the meal. The presentation was beautiful, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere made the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you to everyone who worked so hard to make breakfast such a wonderful experience. I sincerely appreciate the effort, dedication, and hospitality. It was one of the best breakfasts I’ve had, and I look forward to enjoying it again. Keep up the amazing work!

Stayed for 2 nights with my family. The hotel was clean ,breakfast was great and staff was really nice.

This hotel has to be closed down!! We checked in had no linen or pillows in our rooms once we asked for some they sent a man who came to our doors with a shirt and boxer/underwear on and on top of that did not speak a word of English and couldn’t understand I needed linens. I was sooo upset I felt disrespected and it was such an unprofessional thing to do I don’t care if you was on call sleeping!! You do not go answer in your underwear's to anyone, you are at work!! Last but not least! There’s no breakfast included it’s a grab and go bag !!! This is false advertisement for this hotel establishment and it should not be up and running.

Helpful front desk, enjoyed the breakfast option with children, near by to American Dream park and affordable, Would stay again

Good location, great breakfast The pool was being worked on when we went but was not informed about it online, last update about pool was 2020 said pool was being worked on. Bugging current . Call to confirm pool is up and running before booking

All the staff was very helpful especially at the market. She gave me a free cup of milk to go with my milk and cereal. A few issues I had was for my room was there was a huge red stain in between the two beds on the floor and another stain on the right side of the couch. Maintenance couldn’t clean it but did put something over it so I don’t strip on it. Also this is the first time I had a hotel room not have garbage bags in the garbage can. I had to do it myself. The tissues could be better quality. Lastly, there was a towel on the shower curtain and couldn’t tell if it was used or not. Overall it was a good experience. I highly recommend the arcade and adventure area to do bobsled roller coaster and zip lining.

On the downside, the air conditioning unit in the room was quite noisy, the elevators feel outdated, and there was ongoing refurbishment work during the World Cup period, which caused some inconvenience, the fitness center was closed during our stay

The location is excellent, with convenient access to both MetLife Stadium and American Dream. The breakfast is decent and offers a good variety. was under construction and there was no warning about it. The jetted tub was nice but smaller than it looks in pictures. After a long day of wandering around we came back and the elevator was down. My knee has an old injury so coming back to being told I have to take the stairs to floor 3 was disappointing. The pictures for breakfast wasnt what they had pictured. It was fine but I think because its under construction nothing really matched. The location was good but it was not exactly what I wanted for my anniversary.

Old , rundown facility. Rusts and molds present in the taps, shower head etc. we had to re-key our room key every time we come back. Carpets are old.

They've got renovations going on for the upcoming world cup attendance expectancy. The staff was kind and there was enough breakfast.
