Exceptional

Stayed here for 1 night with my family as we were attending a concert. The hotel staff was very friendly. Telling us to have fun at the concert. The room was exceptionally cleaned. The cleanest room I’ve ever seen! Absolutely spotless! Not a speck of dust anywhere. Great location to MetLife and American Dream, I would definitely stay here again

Love the way the room is set up like a one bedroom apartment lol. That I only booked it for 1 night.

Perfect location near everything, staff is helpful, respectful and friendly. Pool is great for the kids and breakfast is the best I’ve had!

Its a great location close to American dream mall. The breakfast is amazing it’s so many choices from the buffet.The pool and gym is clean and they provide towels which is a plus. the workers chk in via text message and replies promptly. They had a nice area outside to side on but nonsmoking was a little disappointed because I wanted to relax outside and smoke but couldn’t. So I had to walk around a little bit…, it’s outside what’s the difference but…. Not terrible I guess . The pillows in the room was flat.

For my first time here I LOVEDDDD the way they treated my family and me ,staff was on site at all hours willing to help with everything ,breakfast was amazing every morning was somthing new ,pool is nice and warm , and the rooms wow they rlly did there thing with their rooms parking was always available, they had plenty of chill areas outside and in , they even had a smoking area on property, some hotels don’t give that which is amazinggg I’ll definitely be coming back

We had a wonderful stay. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming from start to finish. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the property itself was well maintained. Everything made for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. We did not have any complaints at all.

The room is big with kitchen. We enjoyed cooking dinner. The breakfast is good. Coffee available all day in the lobby.
