Renaissance Meadowlands Hotel

Beautiful hotel, with amazing staff. They accommodated me with a late checkout without any fees. And provided Shuttle service to Metlife for the World Cup for a decent price. I would definitely come back if I needed a hotel to stay in Jersey.

No ice machines are working. The ac stopped working during the night. Woke up and it was 82 degrees. Only stayed one night due to an emergency and no refund was given even though I purchased travelers insurance

Very clean property with friendly and helpful staff. The food was delicious, although I found it a bit pricey. The hotel is conveniently located, but because it's surrounded by highways, there was some traffic noise at times. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I will be back!

I like clean and modern the property is

Housekeeping came daily, but the quality and consistency of the cleaning varied a lot. Some days our towels would be replaced, but we’d receive different types of towels each day and were sometimes missing washcloths entirely. Some days the bed would be made, and other days it wouldn’t. Our used glassware was never replaced during the stay either. The staff were friendly enough and helpful with navigating the bus routes. There was one employee in particular, who I believe was a manager, that was especially helpful and kind. Overall, I would rate my stay 3 out of 5 stars.

It was very close to American Dream and it was well maintained in the inside

Modern clean hotel. The room was spacious. Sliding door is not sound proof as we could hear the cars on the highway.

The hotel did not inform me upon checking in that they would automatically be charging me a $10 fee for WiFi, and they would not waive the fee after I checked out. The hotel was clean and our room was nice, and the property was located in a great spot. We had drinks from the bar and the bartender seemed irritable and stressed, and our drinks were not well prepared. Overall, it was an okay stay.

Exceptional

Very clean and nicely decorated corridor leading to rooms. Very clean, well designed room and very comfortable bed!

Did not have breakfast but I did have dinner at the restaurant, very good !! And the staff , excellent!!
