24 hour check in Where do I start? Ripped towels Roach in room No soap in bathroom They ripped us off when we checked in and added a bunch of charges on top of the published price.

It is situated in Boccagrande, safe area, full of bars and restaurants and 2 min away from the beach. I choose a room wich was very quiet and with excellent internet connection That I couldn't stay more...

Staff were friendly. Location was ok. Really cheap price Bed was extremely hard. A lot of really loud guests who came in late at night and played music loud in their rooms. Walls were so thin you could hear everything, and they kept going out into the halls. Bed felt like it was full of bugs
