The hotel has an amazing location right next to a beautiful arch way. Walking one direction it is only a block from the Saint Claire Cathedral. In the other direction, it’s only a block from the main commune Plaza. The owner and staff were very kind and helpful and could speak enough English. I was able to leave my bags after check-out until I got the bus. I especially appreciated the elevator since my room was on the fourth floor. The single room had a single bed, was small and compact, but had everything you need including a refrigerator. Plus I had a very special view from the window out across the valley! It had great air-conditioning, great hot water and a large breakfast with cappuccino, breads and cheese and meats, cereals, juices, and many types of sweets. I highly recommend it! I loved everything about staying there!

Location was excellent. Very clean hotel. Helped us secure a taxi to our next destination. Room with a view was superb. Unbelievable. Air was so fresh and we kept looking out the balcony to the vista far below. Didn't eat breakfast so no info on that but it was provided. Helpful, friendly staff spoke enough English. They had a lift after 6 stairs. The room was good size with a small fridge and adequate. Great shower! We loved our time there! Nothing not to like, except we didn't like leaving!

Right next to S. Chiara, easy access to the whole town. Old building comfortably adapted for guests. Owners/staff pleasant and helpful. I I was quite happy with the facilities, location etc.

Excellent location to visit all the churches in Assisi. We parked the car in the Mojano parking lot and left the car there for two nights. Parking is 18 euros per every 24 hours but the hotel provides a discount card with 2 euros off for each day which is used when paying at the parking cashier. The cleaning and new bathrooms and size room were really appreciated. There is also a lovely terrace on the third floor. The mattress on one side, closest to the window, was totally unacceptable. There was a big hole in the center (nothing to do with cleanliness) but with being completely worn out. My husband needed to fill the whole with a large bath towel and a pillow underneath the mattress to sleep decently.

It was clean and great location. Close to churches and restaurants. This was not a problem for me, but one has to go up 3 or 4 steps to get to the elevator. Get help if your luggage is heavy.

Very comfortable and clean. Great location. After many things went wrong for me this was the best place to recuperate No coffee available unless I signed up for breakfast. Not a big deal but would have been nice

The room was very clean with a good sized bed and the window looked out onto the glorious plain of Assisi. I have no complaints. It would have been helpful to have coffee and tea facilities in the room. And it would have been helpful if breakfast had been earlier (7.30am perhaps) as I had to catch a train and the poor waitress was so overwhelmed with coffee orders at breakfast that in the end I left without a coffee.
