Location Noise from the street and the windows were very very dirty.

Breakfast and staff is friendly. Floor of the room wasnt so clean. Room is small. Noice is passing torugjr the window. And the road contraction in fron of the hotel starts at 7 am. They woke us up.

It is in an area currently under construction. Street is very noisy and you can sometimes hear it in the rooms. My room was not noisy but windows are frosted and very little light comes through so it was quite dark all day.

Location is very close to the city center snd historical sites. Room is clean The rooms that look on the street side are very loud and noisy,unfortunately.

My room wasn't cleaned because the towel was not on the floor of the toilet, this was not explained in any information displayed in the room. I had to request the cleaning.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are cleaned. I had to change my room due to high street noise level. The noise coming from the street even though my windows were closed. As soon as you step out from the hotel, the surroundings around the hotel made me feel unsafe even though the hotel is close to the city town centre.

Very good location, 5-10 min walk to most of the places around the center of Catania. Easy access to the compound and breakfast is a way to go. The neighborhood at the street behind is a little dirty and the trash is all around. Curtains can not cover the windows fully so you get part of the sunshine straigt inside. It can be considered average compared to other competitive franchise hotels.

Clean room and comfortable bed, helpful staff The initial thought of the area was poor, lots of construction . One of the Italians got robbed right next to hotel and hotel security had to call the police. But this kind of stuff can happen anywhere. Few hundred meters off the street is the main beautiful area of the city centre. So overall it was pleasant stay

Very good hotel in Catania. Staff were excellent. We had an A/C problem and they resolved it quickly by changing our room without any extra charge. Breakfast was very good. Overall: we were very satisfied with our stay.
