The Swiss atmosphere chalet and the unbeatable sunset view over lake Geneva. We loved the paths and trails around for morning strolls too. The service of the staffs at reception and dinner was super. It was a bit under staffed for the breakfast. The only staff was busy and stressed. The room was very warm due to heave wave, despite having an electric fan in room. But this is the problem for Central Europe during that week. It’s not the problem with the hotel.

We loved everything, the service, the friendly and helpful stuff, great food, beautiful breakfast buffet ! We really liked the little train going up and down. My favorite was sunset from our windows! Nothing

We loved the location above Montreux! We could walk in the mountains out the front door. The cog railway gave connections to town and the To hers de Naye Room was a bit tight, but comfortable. A view of the mountains.

Location, view, restaurant and the team are just perfect! My preferred room that I paid for was not provided. Bed preference was also not fulfilled. Hotel and rooms are small and not appropriate for being dog friendly where you can already hear any noise next door.

WOW! The view over Montreux was absolutely breath taking. The location away from the city but with an easy train ride down the mountain into Montreux made this a very special place. The restaurant was outstanding. Many local favorites were on the menu and the staff were excellent. It would have been nice to see the local train schedule in advance of arrival so we could have planned our day better, but everything worked out and I would choose this location again in a heartbeat.

Breakfast was good and the staff was really good, friendly and co-operative. Room was too small. Hardly any space even to move. Location of the hotel is far from the city. The road is too much narrow. Very difficult to drive till hotel.

staff were good and friendly. the views are amazing nasty dirty room, disgusting dirty shared toilets. the entrance smells like a dead rat. a squeaky damaged broken bed. the cushions on yhe bed smell like they had been vomited on. yhe arpet was sticky and dirty
