Stunning, big, lovely apartment in a new building on the edge of the centre. In reality the design is even better than in the photos. Both bedrooms and the kitchen have AC. The kitchen-living room has a large, very comfortable pull-out sofa bed. Double glazing completely blocks out any city noise. All the kitchen and bathroom essentials you need, plus a washing machine. The lovely hosts are available on WhatsApp at all times, and they live downstairs. 3-minute walk to a public bus stop to explore the region and the beaches. Nothing. When a technical problem occured, the hosts sorted it out right away in a most efficient way.

Nice place for a few nights. A short walk to the center of Olbia. Has a kitchen and decently sized fridge so you can prepare a meal. Two rooms with three beds. Good shower.

Our host went above and beyond to accommodate our early arrival—she was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and welcoming, especially with us traveling with our baby. The unit was spotless and beautifully set up, with everything we needed already in place. It felt like a home away from home. The location is also perfect—peaceful, yet just a short walk to the city center. We’re so grateful for such a lovely stay!

Cristina and the husband are very attentive hosts. The place is spotless clean, conveniently located in olbia without being close to the noise. Cristina was very helpful and gave me tons of helpful indications of how to visit the most beautiful places in the area

The host was very friendly and had a great recommendation for dinner. A simple and comfortable accomodation. Very close to the bus stop and easy to get to the airport. Our flight was at 8:30am, so catching a bus before 6am was very easy from this location. The price seems a little high, but that being said most other options in Olbia were much more expensive.

Everything was perfect close to city center clean and great value of money

the unit was one of the best we stayed in while in Sardinia. The owner was very hospitable. it would have been nice to have a good knife and cutting board in the kitchen. Other than that, great stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay in the apartment! The location is perfect - just a short walk from the coast and in close proximity to the central part of the city. The apartment was spacious, bright and very cozy, with everything we needed for our comfort. The harmonious atmosphere and stylish interior created a feeling of home, which made our stay even more enjoyable. There was also a lovely terrace where we enjoyed our morning coffee with a view of the sea. Communication with the hostess was excellent - she was very responsive. Our whole experience was unforgettable and we would definitely come back again! I highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to enjoy Olbia.

This property is in a fantastic location, conveniently close to everything. It's very clean and well-maintained, making it an ideal choice for our short stay.

Christina the owner was on hand when we got there. She kindly showed us around, explained everything, and then took payment once we were satisfied. It was clean, adequately spacious, well stocked, and everything worked including washing machine, oven, fridge, microwave, shower, WiFi etc. It is a quiet road so you can get a good sleep. The air-conditioning works well for 36 degrees. It is just a two minute walk to the lungomare and main streets, and two minutes from the bus stops. There is a nice balcony with a view down the street to the sea. A family of four, we loved it.

I liked everything about it. Right in the centre. Bus stop two minutes away. The hospitality of the house itself. The flat had everything for a pleasant stay. Want a cup of coffee in the morning or tea with a croissant, it was a big bonus. The landlady is a very nice woman. She is ready to help in any question, to advise what is better how and where.
