Breakfast was underwhelming. choices

Breakfast options could be better. It was noisy sometimes at night making it hard to fall asleep.

Lack of simple Items such as a kettle to have a cup of tea/coffee, a shower curtain etc. The place was spacious but basic.

The staff is very friendly, kind and helpful. The location is perfect, lots of restaurants walking distance and it is easily accessible.

We had a great stay there. The uncle who welcomed and saw us off was extremely kind, caring, and welcoming. We really enjoyed our evening conversations with him – he made our stay feel very warm and friendly. Cleaning staff and restaurant staff were also great. The location is perfect, with plenty to do after the beach. Our room was clean with a beautiful view, and the bathroom was tidy and well-kept. There’s an elevator, hair dryer, and good internet. Parking is available – €15 at the hotel per day or almost free right in front the hotel. The room was small. Shower cabin is too small. It is too hard to find free slot in the free parking in front of the hotel. That is why should park in paid parking. basically free parking is the public parking with free of charge within 8pm - 8am. After you should pay even for this parking per hour.

Furniture and especially shower are very dated, the shower head is fixed on the wall. Quite loud, both from outside and the inside corridors.

Central I called otel and tried to make reservation same day as my flight but on the phone, lady at reception wasn't friendly to me and didn't want to do reservation if I don't pay on the phone now.. I explained that my flight will arrive late she said if my flight delayed this is not acceptable and refused  I made reservations and booked from booking.com and 1 night price is 260 eu including breakfast.  Maybe I did last moment my reservation but still price is really so expensive for 3 star otel and there is no water at the fridge, I paid and bought from the lobby. Btw only 1 extra pillow at the room and it is old renovated otel. Close by the sea side, restaurants and roads that's why it is a bit noisy.  I wroted message before I arrive otel to request for check out 11:00 instead of 10:30 because arriving late night but I wish to check out 30 min late they refused with message.. when I arrive otel I asked one more time then receptionist lady accepted with angry face and said not more then 30 min. 11:01 not possible! Btw I already paid for my place to stay at the otel but otel or booking com reserved same amount from my card and my account balance still looks -260 reserved 2. time for transaction even I report this and call/write booking.com! Otel don't wanna be responsible with this situation and they want me to communicate with booking.com I don't know who is choosing to receive payment and transaction regarding of preference and who reserved 2. Time same amount 260euro from my card in this situation. I'm disappointed with my place to stay at this otel.

Very central, located near the touristic area of Olbia city. Easy to walk to restaurants and attractions. Small room, extremely old, basic and expected more for the price the charge

Location and value of the property was nice The staff was not exceptionally friendly. They answered questions, but were not warm and welcoming.

Cleaning is done every day, they bring new towels and toiletries, make the bed and clean the room. There is loud music from the bar at the ground floor of the hotel which lasts until 23h. However, closing the windows reduces it to a level where you can fall asleep easily. The minibar is actually at the reception, there are no drinks in the refrigerator in the room.

Not cool air conditioning and uncomfortable beds

Good clean accom in good location easy walk to the old town & promenade. Loved the 24 hour front desk so we didn’t have to take key with us. No kettle in room. No security for luggage storage - hold room doesn’t lock
