Very pleasant stay for the night.

Didn't get room I paid for. They offered a free breakfast as compensation. I ordered a king suite but they gave me a regular room with 2 lumpy queens. They refused to give me a receipt or proof they didn't charge me for the breakfast

The fact that starbucks is the only coffee available is not the best. The bathroom did not have a working exhaust fan.

The power went out for 3 hours locking us out of our room. There was no security lighting so it was pitch black in the hallways and steals and lobby

It was really close to the hospital and it was very convenient for us to be close to our son. The guy that checked us in he waved the parking fee for us

Only the locatioy During our three day stay the room was never cleaned. There was no complimentary coffee or breakfast in the morning. The food we did buy was expensive and disappointing. The front desk clerk had a negative attitude. Not friendly at all. I will never stay there again.

Great location and very walkable area. Lots of restaurants, stores, and UVA campus within a mile. Most less. Staff is very helpful. Property is extremely clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

There was plenty of available parking in the garage. The Bistro food was great. My only negative is the Bistro closed early. Staff was nice.

Hospital convenient ~ made the whole experience very easy to navigate

Bathroom sink and tub had traces of hair. Parking garage had poor drainage and had huge puddles of water.
