The stuff was really good great people

We traveled due to our oldest child having surgery at UVA. We were in close proximity without being in a congested drive to dinner or quick Walmart trips for chargers or forgotten items. We had no complaints

It was an average motel I hated that there was no toilet lid on the toilet and the shower and toilet had a very small area with the door, nowhere to hang or put clothes and towel while showering. I was awakened at 1:30am to the lady right outside my window calling the police for a protective order and the police arriving, it was very loud and weird. I had intended to stay in Fredericksburg at a motel with the same name and but booked the wrong location, so it was an hour from my location, but it was $100 more than the Fredericksburg one for 2 days.

That their was stain spots on the sheets,floor wasn't vacuumed,dried up booger on the inside of the shower curtain or something

I checked into Room 230 with a young child, and the room was completely uninhabitable, hazardous, and a total biohazard. • The Bedding Was Not Washed: When we pulled back the covers, the sheets were filthy, covered in dust, and had a used, dirty tissue stuck between the sheets from the previous occupant. • Heavy Smoke Damage: The room heavily reeked of stale tobacco smoke, posing an immediate respiratory risk to my child. When I brought this to the front desk, their "solution" was to hand me air fresheners to try and cover up the smoke, and hand me a raw set of clean sheets expecting me to do their housekeeping for them. They then told me no other rooms were available. The air freshener did nothing, and the room was a toxic environment. Because management failed to provide a safe, sanitary room, the conditions became completely unbearable. I was forced to evacuate the room in the middle of the night and sleep in my car with a young child to protect our health. I have contacted both the hotel and Booking.com to demand a full refund for this catastrophic failure, and both have completely ignored my messages. They are happy to take money from families and leave them stranded in vehicles. I am filing formal complaints with the local Department of Health for biohazard violations and disputing the charges with my bank. Save your money, protect your kids, and stay anywhere else but here.

The place requires serious upgrades and thorough cleaning . Linen, towels. Blankets are old and look bad. Dirty carpet. Very outdated bathroom. No hair dryers. Totally not an up to date facility.

No way of for boiling tea or coffee in the room. No facial tissues. Toilet clogged up very easily when I flushed it sort of like it was already clogged up before I used it.

They knock on door before check out time..we've been woke up several mornings and some of the rooms wasn't very clean..we found trash behind the bed..old food And baby toys..u could tell it had been there awhile

The room I was in the sink was leaking when u turned it on other than that it was good

Location It was like something out of the 70’s. The tub had cigarette burns all the way across the side. There were cigarette burns ON THE TOILET SEAT!!! The toilet seat was loose and stained…..?. The pillows were about two inches thick and we could barely get the door open. We left early and did not spend the night.
