We have stayed here several times and the owner and his son are always extremely nice. Property is clean and quiet. No complaints at all.

I think this hotel has permanent residents as I saw what looked to be halfway house type people out smoking cigarettes all of the time when I would take my dog out. I was on the first floor and all I heard all day was the exterior door slamming after the smokers were going in and out for their cigarettes (and probably smoking other substances as well). Inside the hallway reeked of pot smoke from a younger couple that stayed in the room across from me. With all that being said, it was quiet at night and I slept well. And when I came out in the morning to load up my car, it still had a catalytic converter on it so maybe it’s not as sketchy as it looks. The location is convenient and it’s about 15-20 minutes drive to all of the local hotspots. All in all not a terrible experience but not great either. I’d recommend spending a little more to stay someplace nicer unless there’s nothing else available then use this as a fallback plan.

Ok for sleeping. I could hear everything in surrounding rooms. Air conditioning sounded like an airplane taking off.

The carpets were stained very badly. The air from the air conditioner smelled bad. Worst off was that my room had cockroaches in it.
