Clean, pillows not the best but would stay again
-
The staff there was very kind and helpful. The hotel was clean but the only reason I didn't give all stars is because of the mildew smell and I noticed some mildew in the room. I didn't have time for breakfast. Other than that it was ok.

I stayed one night at Sleep Inn and Suites. Upon arrival, I had a quick and easy check-in; both of the individuals were extremely welcoming and helpful. My trip consisted of visiting the nearby Monticello, which made this a very convenient location to stay at. The room was clean and as described, although the guy at the counter did upgrade me (free of charge) to a king size bed which was nice. I would recommend this hotel if you’re in the area and visiting Monticello.

The pictures online are very deceiving and the rooms aren’t even comparable to the pictures they have posted. The carpet as soon as you step off the elevator were filthy and the wallpaper or paint was peeling off the walls. We walked into our room and it didn’t get any better and the room had a weird smell. The air conditioner was super loud. The bathroom was outdated, moldy, and filthy. I felt like I was crawling and I was only in the room for 5 min. We ended up walking out and deciding to ask for a refund.

Love this hotel , very clean , very comfortable

It was in a good location, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was filling. The elevator hadn’t been vacuumed for three of the four days I was there. My bathroom had cockroaches in it. I asked for a discount and was granted it, thankfully.

Great breakfast!

The breakfast was pretty good. Bacon was perfectly cooked and the waffles we could make were great. Would have liked some fried potatoes, perhaps but considering the price I paid for the room---and this was a hot breakfast, it was just fine. I had trouble operating the microwave but the head lady operating the breakfast was quick to help me with it. Also my bed was comfortable. My room had a kind of funky smell upon entering it. Once I turned the A/C up high it went away. I don't know if it was the rug or what but I just let it go since it didn't last long. If I had been there longer than just overnight I probably would have said something about it.

The hotel was clean and staff was very nice and accommodating. However part of the reason we booked here was because of the hot tub, but it is broken. It apparently has been broken for a while and it doesn't have any plans to be fixed anytime soon. So it should be taken off as amenities. After traveling a long distance and looking forward to this, it was very disappointing. Pool does work and that was fine but not why we booked this particular hotel.
