Clean room with a modern kitchen - pleasant surprise. The AC works very well when it was hot and humid. Close to UVA. There is a pool but we didn’t have time to use it. Quiet and safe street. Comfortable place to stay.

Large suite, good breakfast Nothing

My suite was clean, the kitchen area was stocked with all the things you may need to cook a meal in the suite. Their breakfast had a good variety of food (I wish that it was open until 10:30, they close at 9:00 am). The staff were amazing! Everyone was super friendly, polite, and very efficient. The lady at the front desk asked me daily how my dad was doing (she knew I was there to take my dad to his radiation cancer treatments daily due to lung cancer). She was wonderful! I highly recommend this hotel when you are looking for a clean, safe, and affordable place to stay! I cannot stress enough that the the staff, especially the woman at the front desk, really made a difficult trip so much more stress free.

One of our favorite features was the full apartment-style kitchen. It included a refrigerator, dishwasher, and everything we needed, making it easy to keep water, drinks, snacks, and leftovers between meals. It made our stay much more convenient and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again!

I went for my Birthday Weekend. The staff was very kind and helpful. The television actually had App options. Netflix and prime included. I was a ecstatic about that. They had plenty of paper towels and supplies for kitchen. I did my usual wipe down and the room was clean even the tub, except the shower head . They have the hot water and coffee available anytime. I sat outside for breakfast. It is in a very good area, restaurants in walking distance. 10 to 15 minutes from theaters and shopping centers, and several parks in the area. Please read the fine print under the amenities you do have to pay for parking per night, as a separate cost from your stay, no matter how you book. … I book a room based on total cost when choosing best deals snd my budget. I dropped the ball on that. It was a great stay overall. Thank you

The front desk lady was so nice and kind. She was super helpful and friendly-made my stay worth it! I cannot say enough about how wonderful she was! Also, the maintenance person was very nice and helpful. My coffee maker wasn’t working and he quickly brought a new one to the room and ensured it worked and that I had everything I needed for coffee the next morning. The ants in the bathroom but honestly, these things happen and I didn’t say anything to the front desk about it. I also wish that breakfast hours were until 10:30. It’s hard for me to sleep away from home so I often did not fall asleep until 5 or 6 am and was unable to make it to breakfast before 9 am.

Our room was spacious and gave us privacy with the two bedrooms. The kitchen with amenities was very helpful. The pool area was relaxing and quiet. Breakfast was good every morning. The only issue, we were told housekeeping every 3 days and no one came. Upon checkout I noted the issue and a resolution was offered. We would definitely stay again!

The front desk staff were absolutely amazing and kind. My dad had a medical procedure at UVA and this hotel was perfect. The beds were super comfortable and the room was the right size. Will be coming back again.

Clean room/suite for a reasonable price. Front desk was very helpful, good breakfast. Sofabed comfortable. Provided body wash, shampoo, conditioner. Kitchen area nice with full sized fridge. Less than 10 mins from UVA hospital. They do have outside pool and basketball court. Only thing we found was the tub faucet didn't have a stop so took a little adjustment to get water temp right, but, also, very nice shower head.

Walking distance to shops and restaurants at Barracks Road Spare sheets were heavily stained; light went out suddenly while taking a shower and didn’t come back on; pool was very dirty and in need of maintenance (dingy scum line and full of leaves)

Had a great visit. We booked a 2 bedroom and it was very spacious and comfortable. The front desk personnel were always friendly and helpful. The pool and breakfast were great. I would definitely stay here again.
