Clean, new and on campus. Great new hotel option.

Has breakfast cafe and restaurants The rooftop is also a plus.

My only “complaints” are the fridge isn’t big at all and barely holds beverages and the parking garage access is difficult to navigate. But other than that, it was an amazing stay.

Staff were really friendly. Hotel is new and very well designed. Food is great. It's very conveniently located if visiting UVA. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful new property conveniently located for UVA and STAB families. We usually stay at the Omni - the Guesthouse rooms and in-room amenities are comparable. Didn’t see any restaurants, pool or gym though.

Clean room, excellent staff

Very nice, brand new, upscale hotel. Rooms are well appointed and are quite nice. Everything was very clean. AC and large TV works great. Would suggest replacing the small couch with a couple easy chairs. The staff and management are super helpful. The Poplar Restaurant inside the hotel is convenient and food was delicious. Large parking garage adjacent to hotel. There was a lot of construction underway nearby and the overall experience will be enhanced once that is completed. Short walking distance to UVA basketball, baseball, softball and lacrosse stadiums. Will consider staying there again when in town.

Excellent experience. The hotel is very new and very clean and perfectly situated close to main campus and the JPJ Arena. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel

Tip: Note that you’ll park in the garage and then you’ll need to exit the garage and enter the front of the hotel. For check-in and check out I recommend parking directly in front of the hotel in the drop off circle as it will be easier for your luggage.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and modern! Parking was a little inconvenient, but loved the hotel!

A wonderful stay on the Virginia Tech camp. New bar and restaurant fabulous. Rooms comfortable, pretty dark. folks who worked there were really great. not a thing

Very large room in a property opened in April 2026. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Located on the Campus of UVA. Great location.
