TATAMI NO YADO Chatan Mihama

Location was excellent to American Village. Clean, wrap around porch. Loved the bath!

Space was large, comfortable, clean, well thought out and well equipped. Location was super convenient and easy to access konbinis, restaurants, transportation, beach and American Village. Although it was so centrally located, the inside was quiet and calm once doors and windows are closed. The parking lot was a HUGE problem if you do not have a Kei car. The parking spots are tiny, the entrance and exit are very difficult to access and it’s extremely difficult to turn around once you’ve driven into the parking lot. 1/10 for anything bigger than a Kei car and the 1 is just because it’s exists.

Very clean, spacious, and great location. Would be better to receive faster replies on the message, but not a big problem :)

- Good location, with lots of convenience nearby plus eateries - There was a samurai armor downstairs at the check-in area, which was pretty neat. - Very much Chatan - During the night, there were a lot of bikers vrooming downstairs, I'm not sure why but none of the reviews I've read highlighted this.. I might have missed out on my end; it can get pretty rowdy .. for an hour or two, and only gets better once its midnight - Underneath the beds were very dusty... house cleaning has been cutting themselves some major slacks - The unit is pretty small for a family of 6 (+ 1 baby); there were no separation/privacy for everyone sleeping in the living room - There was only 1 toilet, bathroom - One of the electrical socket in the private room didn't make sense as we weren't able to make use of it (its on the wall, but for some reason the refurbishment of the room blocked the availability of this socket) - Parking was difficult, the entrance to the parking area wasn't very clearly indicated.

The rooms were very spacious. I did enjoy the Japan traditional style. Tv was not connected to the internet, I had to do it myself.

I love the property and the location.

Location is ideal. Needs a thorough deep cleaning and a fresh coat of paint.

Close to American village, lots of space, confortable, service was amazing Very noisy because you are right next to the highway, motocycle mayhem for light sleepers. Weird smell in the bathroom the whole time.

The location was absolutely perfect! A little difficult getting in and out of the hotel driving at times.

the WiFi was not working well

Big room, love the balcony (saw fireworks on sat), bathtub and near to American City Nosy biker(s) from 10pm+ to midnight, every night. We could still sleep (my child is 4yo) but I think light sleepers may not be able to accept.

The room was great. It was huge with a balcony all the way around. Shower and hot tub was absolutely divine. The only thing that was bad about the place was that it is right on the highway and at night there are very loud bikers going up and down the street. It shakes the whole place and there’s absolutely no way to get a good nights rest.

I had a wonderful experience at your hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained throughout my stay. What truly made my stay unforgettable was the surprise birthday cake and the staff singing “Happy Birthday” to me — it was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. Every detail, from the amenities to the service, exceeded my expectations. Thank you for making my stay so special — I’ll definitely be coming back!

The free parking was really easy and a nice perk. The location is two blocks from one end of American Village so it was easily walkable to all the restaurants and beaches there. The balcony is a wrap around which was lovely, but my view was a little bit blocked as I was only on the 4th floor so keep that in mind if you really want a view of the ocean. I'm sure if you asked or requested, the hotel would've been accomodating because their staff is so nice.

Spacious room, loved the shower and jetted tub. The bed was a little too firm for my liking.
