Close and convenient location in Chatan To restaurants and shopping. Housekeeping staff did not clean used cups routinely unless asked.

The hotel staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable and accommodated our family of 4. Location was close to many restaurants and shopping. Easy beach access and pool access.

It was absolutely wonderful! The location, the breakfast, the staff, the room! Everything! Yukiko was extremely helpful in providing options for our grandchildren traveling with us. Everyone was welcoming and although not my first stay here, the Beach Tower proved they do not change with time, every stay has been great and I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Okinawa!!

The A/C was great! The location was perfect! And the beds were comfortable. The hotel is very outdated- needs painting, furniture replaced, artwork replaced, etc. The hotel does not have its own pool as pictured. You have to pay to use the pool next year. It's very misleading. Also, they did not have free parking as advertised. It was ¥1,000/ a day.

Great location. Incredible view. Very comfy bed. Room had some rubbish from previous guests when I checked in. Breakfast very low standard for the price. (I love dormy inns, have stayed in many of them on business trips. This place is owned by them... but that fact is hidden until you check in. And it's obvious at breakfast. They need to raise the standard of care for this place or start calling it a business hotel with a location upgrade) Offsite pool is open to the public. BOO!

Staff did well with my English language (and attempts at adequate Japanese by me). A coin machine in the laundry room would be very helpful.

In the suite, the door separating the bedroom from living room does not block sound or light very well. We booked the suite to put our kids to bed and be able to stay up afterwards but that was hard to do with those doors.
