The location The rooms were somewhat run down. Found some bugs in my room. The mattress didn’t have sheets only the top comforter to sleep on.

I thought breakfast was included when I booked but it was not, so for the price we thought it should have been included.

The staff was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The location was convenient, with direct access to American Village and many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The breakfast was good, and the sea views from the room were beautiful. The rooftop pool was fantastic, offering beautiful views of both American Village and the ocean. The room and bathroom were quite small, and the hotel felt a bit dated in some areas. We were also surprised that access to the rooftop pool required an additional fee. The beach was nice to look at, but not particularly suitable for swimming. During our stay, the water was ankle-deep at low tide and only around knee-deep at high tide within the designated swimming area.

Everything at the hotel was amazing. The staff and the breakfast were wonderful. The noise from the motor cycles racing at night from American Village was the only thing that was bad.

Location Old, crowded,need serious upgrade, buffet was Japanese style. I did not get the view I paid for( sea view ) this hotel was like motel 6 but excellent location

We booked a corner room on the 8th floor, which gave us a fantastic view on both sides. The balcony is too small to sit out on, and I'm not sure what purpose it serves other than for fire regulations. The view was awesome, though, and the staff were really friendly and accommodating. The hotel is not a luxury hotel and needs refurbishment. The rooms are old school but we had a very spacious room which met our needs. Breakfast was delicious. The rooftop pool was great, and the Onsen was an added bonus. Unfortunately, we had a couple of days of rain, so we didn't get to use the pool much. The American Village is a great spot with lots of shops, bars, and restaurants and a great vibe. Hotels in Okinawa are expensive and I've realised if you want any kind of a good view, you will pay for it but it's worth it if it's in your budget. We would recommend this hotel. A little pricey for the standard of the rooms but you pay for the view!

Great location right in American Village Everything had an extra charge not disclosed at the time of booking. The bed was incredibly hard and the pillows were even more so by design. Breakfast was not included with the room, and you have to pay to even use the pool! That’s on top of the hotel, and only for guests! Why is that not included with your stay?! Paid way too much, just to arrive and be faced with hidden fees everywhere.

Very clean, nice hotel. Yum breakfast buffet. The beach was closed, a heads up would have been appreciated. We had to pay extra for the rooftop pool. There was a wig behind the couch.

The view from the room was beautiful. From our balcony we saw the beach just in front of the hotel making us we are in Okinawa even we didn’t go swim as it is winter time, feeling we are having a holiday!! The public bath was great! There was a convenient store near by, the shops in American village are walking distance! On Saturday night, you can enjoy the fireworks displays! The amenities were excellent ??? The room we stayed in was nice and spacious!! I guess the building of this hotel needs a little bit of cosmetic surgery, except of that, everything was great ?
