All was good

The service desk was good The WiFi was awful. Had to leave to do online class.
-
No water came out from the shower.

Has a good location, and the staff were nice and kind. The overall facilities were old and poorly maintained. The room didn’t feel clean, and the door kept making noises all night. There were also mosquitoes, and I even saw a cockroach in the lobby. Since I needed a worry-free trip, this wasn’t the best match for me.

Location Bathroom had a bad smell
-
Bed was not comfortable.
-
There were kids running in the room over us almost the entire night and we had an early flight the next morning so we didn’t sleep very well
-
The a.c didn't work and was full of mold

Everything was nice

The staff were helpful and kind and made changing rooms easy when we asked to. The shower was pretty good. The beds in the 2nd room we were in were comfortable. The photographs are completely filtered, the reality is it's very run down, things like that don't really bother me, but I don't like to be deceived. Also there is no pool, which is awful that they can get away with that and perhaps booking.com should do something about that or it makes a mockery of there company. The first room we were in 'the superior room with a balcony was pretty bad, the bed was tiny for 2 people, the balcony looks over filthy roof tips (not there fault I guess) and there is luminous light on the balcony that doesn't go off all night and the curtains dont sit flush to the wall so it's really bright. They also don't open or close. There was thick dirt in parts of the room. We asked to move because of the bed and the light, they were very accommodating and we switched to a cheaper room with 2 beds and double the size. I don't blame the staff at all they were kind, but it's obviously owned by a bigger company and they do not care about the place. If you are not that fussy about ascestics and go in with the mind that it's a bit run down and will not match the photos at all, it would be ok, but definitely get a room with 2 beds as the doubles are super small and skip the balcony rooms!

The workers were kind and very helpful No blankets or extra towels also I checked in early and my husband was denied access momentarily I had to go downstairs to the lobby to address the issue.

Not sure there was one thing I liked about it Was very loud the whole night through. It stunk when we got into the room. Everything was dirty. Shower was broken. There wasn’t any blanket. And there was drunk guy next room beside us throw up and grunting from 4-7 am.

The property is a little dated. You can tell they are doing their best to keep it clean, but old tile grout always seems to hold a little bit of ick.
-
Some poor maintanance, old, cheap furniture, including one of the mattresses, the loud karaoke from the bar across the street until 3 a.m. that we could hear easily through the bathroom windown because the glass was broken out.
-
They didn't give us towels, I went to ask at the reception and they gave us only one towel and it was two of us. They also open our room with key while we were sleeping which scared me. I am trying to think of a good reason why anyone should come in our room while we are checked in. It was two girls.

Location No elevators available the first 3 days of my staying
-
Balcony nice view. Nice size rooms. Clean sheets.
-
Was dusty and had roaches
-
Not much other than the location, it's very central. To start we could hardly open the door with our key, elevators weren't working. beds were horribly uncomfortable, the water hardly got hot(not great when with a baby), the curtains were falling off the curtain rod, tv would randomly just turn off and go fussy. It just felt dirty. I've had better rooms for 30$ less

The first room smelled bad and had humidity. They upgraded to another room which was clean.
