I checked out one day before and requested staff but they don’t refund also

No one at the hotel could tell me the right location to visit to see the Sky lanterns. I chose this stay especially because I wanted to see the Li Ping/ Loi Krathong and flew down during this time from India. It was so disheartening. On reading online the Ping river is mentioned as the place where Krathong is celebrated. They did celebrate but not with Sky lanterns. And I left Chiang Mai today without lighting a single Sky lantern. Even otherwise I couldn't have much peace of mind. The staff weren't very good with providing information and I just didn't get help I needed from them. My breakfast was supposed to be included in the tariff but I was asked to pay for breakfast the second day onward. If this is what continues I'll have to discontinue using booking.com

The staff were amazing and very helpful especially the reception The rooms were clean, but the toilets were not designed well, when you shower water goes everywhere

The staff is very kind and helpful, they are a team of young people quite friendly and ready to chat. It is far from the main tourist destinations and spots and taxis or grabs take a long time to arrive

Big bed and cleanliness. The bed is soft and they have hand held bidet which i love it. The room is big. It is a bit old. The staff is nice but hope the information in the hotel is better
