I never even stayed there was fully booked yet booking com still take my money then hotel tells me to phone booking com then they tell me to phone hotel the person at the desk was horrible she didn’t care what I was saying The service the person at reception was not nice very blunt not helpful would not recommend

It's in a very quiet location, which is great. It is clean. I didn't notice any of the problems described by the other reviewers. I had a pretty big balcony. The bed was very comfortable. Usually in Asia beds are much harder than in Europe or America, but that one wasn't too hard. Many places in Thailand have walls that are less sound-proof (comparing for example to many places in Vietnam) but there were no real problems in this hotel. Occiasionally I could here muffled voices (or tv) from the other room but it wasn't a problem, it's quite normal in many places. Also the windows were giving pretty good sound isolation (keep in mind that 99.9% windows in Asia are single glazed). The problem mentioned by some reviewer about too much outside noise may be related to the fact that usually the staff leave the windows opened (and only anti-mosquitos net frame is closed). So first check if the windows are really closed. There is a big fridge but it would be great to have electric kettle in the room.

Large room with premium though dated fittings. Really comfortable bed. Probably has a memory foam topper. The location is good for those who have transport and there is the very authentic Nong Hoi wet market just a two minutes walk. A kettle and tea/coffee making is the only notable absence in the room, though there are facilities downstairs.

Nothing Staff is very very bad and rude I never met before!!! Air condition is warm. Bed is very loud.

The place is outside of Chiang Mai old town (you have to rent a scooter or order Bolt) so quiet, with a local market and 7-11 accessible by foot. The room was quite clean and big! They have a garage for scooters. The receptionist and the manager don't speak English well but simple communication was okay. It was THE HARDEST mattress we've ever slept in ... The first few nights, it was a nightmare. They only clean the room and give water bottles when you ask (so ask away!)

Very clean hotel with good space and closeby to great spots to eat, shop and things to sightsee. There are 4 floors/levels. Easy check out at any time with simple key drop off in the box provided by the main access door. There is a coin operated washing machine available to use for 50 baht. There is no elevator but only 4 floors which are easy to access. The pillows are kind of hard making it a bit difficult for me to sleep.

Big rooms. Literally 24m2! Very affordable price make its good for long term rentals. I like also motorcycle garage at groud floor

Parking The reception and staff are very poor. the woman at reception barely knows how to say hello. we feel like we're boring them. the bed is rather hard and there is a lot of mold in the bathroom. noisy hotel. for one night no more.

Nice bathroom, big balcony. Pillows were way to hard and big for my liking, I bought a cheap pillow at Big C.
