Sky is absolutely amazing! Instantly feel so welcome! She can arrange tours and buses, anything you need! And SO SO nice!

Sky was very lovely, she makes you feel so welcome, it creates a good atmosphere in the place, which makes it good for meeting people. She offers you a snack in the morning, steamed rice with banana, that is not like a filling breakfast that you can imagine but is a nice gesture. The toiles were awfully smelly ? was not possible for me to use them sometimes and I had to use restrooms of restaurants or cafes, since the smell was worse than chemical toilets even. As a suggestion they can use urinal cakes, clean the toilets twice a day or close some of the urinal bowls.

Sky is the best hostel owner ever - very friendly and always trying to help! She even walked with me to my Grab when I was leaving <3 And the hostel is really comfortable and close to everything There's a side in every bed that doesn't get blinds. Felt a little exposed lol

Prices are decent Location isnt centered within touristic area, with a motorcycle its ok but not by foot. Our room didn't had the curtains in the pictures but a much smaller one only in one side, for a female travler thats not enough.. Shower could be cleaner..

1) everyone says Sky, and she is, cheerful, friendly, like a mama or grandma we all need in Thailand. She gives breakfast when she is available, she made sure everyone is fed. 2) the bed is comfy, for me. 3) location is pretty good. 1) I stayed at top floor, the bathroom has a stench smell and many often clogged, I can’t! I am crying I can’t! 2) the 10 bed bunker is quite crowded as people leave their luggage everywhere.

Mattress and pillow are hard. There is no full curtain around the bed.

For those for whom accessibility might be an issue: note that the bedrooms are on the 3rd and 4th floor, no elevator.

- Sky’s (owner) attitude - inside the building is overall nice - free breakfast (tea, coffee, sticky rice with coconut milk) Tbh the reviews are not realistic in my opinion. I get it that the owner is friendly but you also need conditions. Specially that I stayed in many hostels in Chiang Mai so I know the standards. So here is a bunch of things I didn’t like: - bathrooms always smelling like pee - toilet seat was incredibly old and it’s really not a big deal to change a toilet seat - the bunk beds don’t have a proper ladder - the lockers are not safe so I had to give the valuables (passport, money) to Sky to keep, which is not very convenient - the beds are not fully covered by curtains so you don't have complete privacy (although I could see this upfront from the pictures, so I was aware of this) - the first evening I was promised that next morning by 7:30 I can have breakfast (bc I told her I will wake up early) but in the morning I didn’t get anything, I was eating my own stuff. I think she prepared the breakfast later but I don’t like false promises in general - sometimes the check in is late (as it was for me too) - I think overall is too much for Sky alone to handle everything properly

Great value for money, location was good with easy access to the old town, place was very comfy and even had some nice views from the balcony.

Perfect location, nice and clean hostel with cute balconies and spacious bathrooms. Air conditioning works very well. The host Sky is the coolest person! She makes you feel like family and is so helpful. Nothing!

Best place to book tours or a bus to pai.

Sky is a great hostess. She care about you and does everything to make you feel wanted and comfortable The dorm bed are cramped too close together: less privacy is resulting. Water heater on the floor is out of order, needs to go to another floor, not a big deal. Toilet paper was out, needs to ask for more. Had to ask for sleepers
