Bed unfortunately was a bit too hard for us so we had to stay elsewhere.

The woman who ran the place was wonderful. It was really a cozy and comfortable place to stay

The rooms are cozy and well-decorated and the garden was wonderful. It’s in a great location, very quiet at night and in a local part of town but less than 10 minutes walking to an excellent night market with incredible (and cheap!) food. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming and got us everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Very cute place! The outdoors area is lovely. The location is also great and walking distance to main shops, temples, and Chiang Mai Gate Night Market. The room directly accesses the outdoors so it can be noisy with thunder, neighborhood dogs, etc. mosquitos can also get in but it wasn’t too bad and there was a bug zapper provided!

Lovely garden spacious room and excellent service. Dumb, but would have liked larger water bottles.

The location was great. The breakfast was nice. The little store was cute The room setup is terrible. There is a glass shower in the bedroom! If you are there with someone there is absolutely no privacy. There is no normal entry door on the room. It is a sliding door like you would have on a closet with a padlock on the outside. They put foam bumpers on it to try and keep the mosquitos out. No luck.

Chill place. Excellent attention from staff. Great breakfast choices. My room had a separate bathroom but hardly mattered. Still felt sense of privacy. Cavelike room made aircon unnecessary but dark

The breakfast was pretty good but they don't offer Thai food, which is odd. The green courtyard is a great place to meet people and a quiet respite from the surrounding alleyways. Overall, very quiet, and the second room (ostensibly for massages) was very, very handy. Thai food for breakfast would be great. And there was wonky plumbing, which is unfortunately the norm in the Land of Smiles. The sliding room doors are an example of design over function. The locking/latching mechanism could inadvertently leave someone locked in their room.

The location is great! The breakfast was amazing. The room was comfortable and tidy. They also have laundry service and it's cheap and quick too. Totally recommend! The shower is small

The pictures don't give it justice. This is a beautiful place with a great staff and a fabulous breakfast. Right in a perfect spot in old Chiang Mia. Walking distance to everything you need.

The room had a refrigerator but no microwave or other cooking facilities, although the listing had said it would have that. If this is important to you, it would be good to clarify.

Location was nice, price was good and it was clean for what it was. I didn’t find the front staff too friendly, beds are very hard, luke warm water only at best for showers and the decor is minimal.
