Location was great and rooms were quite spacious, but rooms and infrastructure were quite old. They needed maintenance. Breakfast was decent but not a lot of options. Worn out infrastructure. Lack of maintenance. Place lacked freshness. Bathroom fittings looked very old. Housekeeping was done superifically.

The hotel is large, spacious, with a range of shops on the lower level, the location is great, right on Loy Kroh road with good access to a variety of bars and restaurants. The most uncomfortable bed I've slept on in Thailand yet. I knew after one sleepless night that it was not worth staying the second night, so I booked the next night at another hotel nearby I had stayed in before, with a comfortable bed. While the room was large, it was dated, and I personally found it unappealing.

I loved the swimming pool on the fourth floor. I could see both the mountains and city from the pool. The breakfast was ok with lot of fruit. The staff was very helpful. Great Location! The hotel was older and out dated, but it was still grandiose and beautiful.
