Only the location, nothing else.. The room was way too small The breakfast was very poor, and we couldn’t make even a coffee, but to buy in coffee shops The staff wasn’t very nice, they didn’t take our suitcases when we made check in

Staff is extremely helpful with all our questions and provided us with some extra masks. Netflix. Small rooms Breakfast is served in the lobby entrance, so everyone that walk-in/out of the hotel are passing by. I've noticed some bugs during our stay. Wifi blocks some of the addresses and overall the network is extremely insecure. We were able to control other people's TV monitor.

The location and the staff. Breakfast Buffet different everyday. The price of the room. The coffee machine during breakfast had problems.

The staff at Le bus were amazing! They were friendly and welcoming. Especially Ann in reception, she went above and beyond to help us. The breakfast was good with lots to choose from. I just wish there were more child friendly. The cafe was lovely with beautiful seating area that we enjoyed in the evenings. The location is superb, very close to food markets, shopping areas and lots of restaurants and cafes. We had a wonderful stay at Le bis Hotel.

Le bis is very nice, new hotel in great location - approx. 20 minutes by taxi from the airport, 15 minutes walk to old town, shops and massage salons very close. Staff was very nice and helpful + great breakfast

Staff is extremely nice. Even though their English can be hard to understand sometimes, the staff at Le Bis will do everything in their power to keep the customers happy. Even if it means adding items to the breakfast just because a customer requested it. The hotel is clean and in a nice location. Price is very appropriate. Shower pressure is unfortunately the biggest downside of this hotel. There is just not enough shower pressure on the upper floors for a comfortable shower. One of the days during our stay, the pressure was especially bad, it was impossible to shower. We contacted the staff which were very keen on helping and fixed it after a couple of hours. The air conditioner in our room made some "cracking" noise randomly throughout the night, which made it hard to fall asleep with the AC on. The toiletries like shampoo, soap and shower gel were provided in very small bottles, but fortunately replaced every day. Breakfast could benefit from more variety. It lacked some western style components. Lastly, you can hear very clearly and loudly when other rooms open or close their doors, or someone is talking in the hallway. There is no sound proofing.
