One of my favorite hotels in Thailand

We stayed in a Level Suite on the 20th floor as a family of four, and it was an excellent setup. The suite was spacious, elegant, and very comfortable, with two sofas converted into separate beds so each child had their own space. The bathroom was large and had a lovely bathtub. We were welcomed with fruit and macarons, and the room was generously restocked with drinking water every day. The staff were helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast and food options were very good, with access to the Level lounge on the 21st floor as well as the larger ground-floor buffet, which had plenty of choice and generally high-quality food. The location was also very convenient, right behind the Night Bazaar, with good restaurants nearby and a very nice affordable spa just across the street. The kids’ club was one of the best parts of the hotel for us. It was surprisingly large, modern, clean, and very well organized, with a ball pit, reading nook, napping room, dress-up area, Lego/bricks, painting room, air hockey table, PS5, arcade machines, and attentive staff. The pool area was also excellent, with a kids’ pool, slides, splash bucket, fountains, and very attentive pool staff. When one of the slide hoses broke, it was fixed by the next day, which showed a level of proactiveness we really appreciated. There was very little we disliked. The hotel suited our family very well overall. The only minor point is that the Level lounge breakfast is smaller than the main buffet, so families who want the widest selection may prefer going downstairs. Otherwise, everything was comfortable, well maintained, and professionally run.

Pool area. Beds were very comfy. The strong smell of sewage in the lobby area and up to the pool area.

The rooms were huge, breakfast spread fantastic and staff very welcoming; the rooftop bar, providing a 180 view of the city, was perfect for watching the sunset. I would also recommend the spa, which is absolutely incredible; not only it is beautifully constructed but the overall experience was divine. I wish I had gotten a massage every day while there. Highly recommend this hotel, rooms were a good sized, we opt for the premium room. Interior was new and nicely decorated. For families, you'd love that they have a kids club- which was well maintained and HUGE. Service was lovely, they allowed a late check out and very kindly helped us with a car transfer to the hotel. Only did 1 night in this hotel, but would love to return! Toilets are showers only, no bath tubs.
