Beautiful resort and rooms staff let me check in with an available room upon arrival

A Timeless Haven of Elegance and Tranquility A beautifully preserved hotel with antique charm, immaculate cleanliness, and a serene atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally gracious and attentive, adding a touch of true luxury to the experience. Highly recommended. It would be even more perfect if the hotel offered a wider range of dining options, including Muslim-friendly meals and a more international breakfast selection, as not all guests consume pork. Greater inclusivity in the menu would enhance the overall experience.

Breakfast, shower

Shower temp was either scalding hot or freezing cold with tiny adjustments. Rugs on the floors were slippery we just folded those up

Smelly mildewy rooms, showers either too cold or too hot, and lots of mosquitoes.

The location in the old town in PERFECT for visiting the temples and the sites of the city. The breakfast was great and the staff was wonderful. They even gave us a cute bag as a thank you gift. They even upgraded our rooms for us upon arrival. we had a great stay here! lovely hotel! There really wasn't anything we didn't like. the pool was a little chilly, BUT the days we were there were not as warm as normal so that is probably why. If it had been hot then it would feel great.

The booking was a gift for a friend passing through Chiang Mai, so I cannot say for myself but I did ask him and he said that the hotel - the breakfast - everything was very very good. It is intention to stay there myself when I do visit (hopefully) in 2027.

Awesome location. Great rooms and atmosphere. Very helpful staff. Breakfast was unappealing. Would have expected more fruit for example. No elevator. Not an issue for us but worth mentioning to those who might need that service.

Absolutely beautiful property and the staff are incredible. They are very welcoming and took extra good care of me when my travel companion ended up in the local hospital due to stomach issues. They worked with me to extend our stay and were very gracious.

fantastic staff, good room, great location, good breakfast, beautiful property, great atmosphere. my room was next to the maintenance shed and street. there was some noise to content with. minor problem

The location is fantastic. It's in the heart of the city The shower was leaking into the rest of the room, some mold growth and the shower head did not want to stay in place

Clean and friendly

Rooms/building were very spacious, clean and well organized. Staff was helpful as much as they could be (see below what we didn’t enjoy) but were very friendly and helped us arrange for transportation and such. In general it was a very solid, comfy stay What didn’t work was there was virtually no internet available over the 4 days we stayed there. Now that may not sound like much but when we had business, trip planning, family to contact and such it was an extreme inconvenience to start something and the internet would cut out and/or was too week to connect. We frequently would have to pack up iPads/phone and walk down to the neighborhood restaurant to get a connection. Very annoying and definitely caused us aggravation. They tried giving us the option of switching room and an IT guy came put wasn’t successful (it seems he was flustered as well). Overall the facilities and staff were great BUT the whole stay was frustrating.
