The room didn't have a area to work on my laptop.

This is such a cute, little hotel that I would happily recommend to others. It was very secure, with keycard entry and a locked courtyard at night. It was very beautiful, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. They have bikes that you can use for free, a free breakfast, and some snacks available throughout the day. It's close enough to the old city that you can walk there but in a very peaceful location. The wifi was not great in my room. At one point it was struggling to even open up my email so I had to go to a different location for a Zoom meeting that I had.

Very nice daily continental breakfast buffet. The owners were attentive and perfect in every way. I would absolutely book a room here again. Really nothing negative to mention at all.

A beautiful property, with well maintained and arranged grounds. There are many different seating areas in which to enjoy the orchids, koi pond and bubbling fountain. Away from the hubbub of the old city walls yet, within walking distance. Rooms and surrounding areas are spotless. Rooms are very comfortable and have lots of extra amenities. A special thank you to the staff who are friendly and very helpful. One road can be a bit noisy, but it is quiet at night. Nothing else.

We have stayed at four different locations in Chiang Mai and this was by far our favourite. The staff at the hotel are amazing. The room we had was really large (they upgraded us) and while they don’t serve breakfast, the food they leave out in the morning was more than sufficient. And everything was well kept and clean. Planning to stay there again after we finish theme Hong Son loop! Everything was perfect

the ambience Nothing at all

I liked that the place was so clean. This includes not only the room, but the public spaces and grounds as well. The location was perfect; easy walking distance to the old city. Nothing. It was great.

A really beautiful property, we loved the garden. Our room was very comfortable and the staff were friendly. The location was walkable to lots of good food options and a seven-eleven.

Warm friendly hospitality and kindness from all staff. Quiet and spacious rooms. Great location, peaceful and relaxing place to stay. This is not a criticism but a suggestion as the accommodation is very fairly priced. The simple breakfast of boiled eggs and bread could include some more options that include various dietary requirements, for example: Gluten free or Veg/ Vegan.

Free bikes. Cozy balcony. They are liberal (generous) with their water and towels and stuff. Good location if you don't want to be around a lot of tourists or herds of tourists. There is a market nearby that has decent to good stuff. Also, close-by laundry and scooter rental. -If you're not willing to pay for Grab or a taxi to some places, this location may not be the best for you. Good internet. Free taxi from airport. When I paid for a Grab to the airport, it was about 130 baht around 10:00 a.m. Note: There are no elevators. This is reaching, but cash only and animal sounds in the morning.

This hotel is close to town but quiet. Very nice courtyard to relax and have a simple breakfast. The proprietors speak English and are very helpful.
