Good location and newly renovated building.

Good location where I can walk . Lobby was small size

The rooms are small, the bed is comfortable, there is nowhere to put things, so most of my clothes stayed in my bag. While I can appreciate the economy size, it could feel a bit claustrophobic for more than a couple nights. It is in a good location, off a busy street, quiet at night, and close to Loy Kroh. The hotel itself looks freshly updated and very modern. My biggest complaint with this room is the harsh lighting. There are no soft lighting options, even including a bedside lamp would be a huge addition. You either have harsh overhead lights, or darkness, those are your only two options.

I like the room and the bathroom there - enjoy warming shower when Chiangmai is cold now. It's a small room but comfort for myself as one person slept there. Understand that i was last minute booked so I got the room in front of the staff room on G Floor, noisy. Hopefully next time could have a chance to stay in other spot.

It was very clean!! The location was amazing. The AC didn’t work super well but was fine. And there was no drawers or cupboards to store clothes

The location was excellent. Staff was kind and helpful. My room was made nicely everyday. The bed and pillows were too hard. Poor breakfast selection.

Great location (right in front of Karon beach), amazing pool, excellent room and awesome breakfast. Gym needs some updates and staff need to be little cheerful.

You should be aware that the rooms without balcony have only tiny windows to the sides. Bathroom (tiles, walls) should be cleaned more thoroughly.

Just perfect

This is a great little hotel. I’ve stayed here several times. The rooms are comfortable and the location is great. It is snuggled down an alley so look for the sign out on the street. The staff is wonderful… we asked for different pillows since the ones in the room were so big and they quickly brought us an alternative! The breakfast isn’t great but convenient. There is a new breakfast spot right down the street which was a much better option.

Sleep Mai Thapae hotel is a great option for me when I travel to Chiang Mai. They have comfortable accommodations and the staff is nice. Nice walking area with a night market nearby. The breakfast was just ok. Food options are limited and not always fresh.

The breakfast was awesome and the Chef was super accommodating: the food was fresh, really delicious and attractive!! The Staff was , as in my last several visits here, the epitome of superior customer service. NOTHING: I was super pleased with everything about this hotel!!

Great staff always welcoming and helpful. The hotel is really clean. Good water pressure in the showers. Pool is quite nice and clean although a bit small. The beddings were just soooo comfy! Thank you Mrs Tania for the shopping tips! Triple room did not have a closet or storing place so we had to always fold up clothes and put on chairs. 2 very little windows which made the room quite dark. But in the end, it was not a problem as we were out almost whole day Breakfast was almost same everyday but the basics were nice. Coffee and tea available whole day was most welcoming. The chef was so kind to take eggs orders.

Clean and good breakfast AC make some noise

Location was good, close by to the town. There is no view in the room. Just a wall of another building in 1m away, which was disappointing. Don't expect any view there.
