This was my favorite hotel in Chiang Mai. I had a small but comfortable room, the location was fantastic, the pool was small but perfect to cool off and by far the cleanest pool in the city that they clean everyday, and their breakfast was copious and varied. The hotel staff were friendly especially the breakfast servers and housekeepers. There is a beautiful used book store around the corner and the best koi soi restaurant just in front of the hotel. I was a solo female traveler that was there to sight see so I wasn't at the hotel all day long but it had everything that I needed and would gladly stay here again. The hotel rooms surround the pool and inner courtyard so there is noise from other guests. This is fine for me until quiet hours begin at 10 pm.

A Great Pluss is that the Hotel have a Laundry area, with two washing machines, and detergent for free!!! It's a great place for relaxation. We definitely could stay here again. Things we didn't like, but the hotel can easily make them better: The curtains don't completely cover the window, so light comes in from outside at night and in the morning. The room does not have a good mirror. The only one available, besides being small, it's inconveniently located so it is not even useful for shaving.

It's a smoker friendly hotel, people are friendly but, I think I'm just can't really take smoke anymore. And weeds shops just in neighbor, not my thing at all.

The location is fabulous! You can walk to many restaurants and the weekend street market. The breakfast was decent but wish it opened earlier as many tours pick you up prior to opening. Free washing machine! The room smelled musty!! The shower was tiny so water went everywhere and the black mold was hard to ignore. The pool was cold so we didn't use it.

The location was just excellent, staff kind, room comfortable and breakfast was delicious. One of the room we took, standard, was very tiny. The other rooms were a bit more pricy but much more comfortable.

The air condition was realy noize i couldnt sleep. , they fixed day after, but it leaking after that. Beside this it was good place
