I couldn’t stay there cuz already fully booked.But a reception guy explained how can I get full refund. He was really polite and kind.

The hostel was overbooked, but it showed that there was one bed left, when į arrived in the evening the hostel door was closed, couldnt get in. Same happened to another guy, he called the administration and they said sorry its full. I canceled the booking but they charged Me money from my Bank account even thought there wasnt space. The hostel itself was okay however the issue I had was more technical.I booked on booking.com & when I arrived the property they didn't have my resovation, they managed to source me a room and made me pay in cash on arrival and told me to cancell my booking on here. I did that and then got charged again by booking.com 2 days later. Although it wasn't so much about the money lost I was left unsatisfied with lack of ownership and support from booking.com & this hostel. I feel the hostel could have sorted this through booking.com instead of having me pay on arrival, I had the booking confirmation & proof of payment which they didn't accept, somehow I've paid twice for there booking system error.. i wouldn't recommend this hostel to anyone using booking.com unless you ring ahead first.. That aside, the hostel itself is okay and they rooms are clean and tidy & bathrooms are great so this review is not to put anyone down, just to help another traveller not experience what I did.

DON'T BOOK WITH BOOKING.COM, it's not updated and then you will struggle to be reimbursed ! And the staff is not helpful at all. So we couldn't sleep there.

The hostel attendant, Ton, is super helpful! He knows all the places to go and will treat you as a guest. Thank you for everything! The curtain on the beds was also nice to get a bit of privacy on a night. There was a bit of a mess up with the price I paid but I think that was Booking.com’s fault. The hotel tried their best to accommodate.
