Very clean and staff were incredibly friendly. Only complaint was lack of in room amenities, but now that I know I could be a bit better prepared and would definitely stay again.

The staff was very unfriendly. At most hotels, the staff will greet you as you come and go. The staff here wouldn't even bother looking up. They gave us free drink tickets to use at the rooftop bar that evening and when we got there, there was a private party so we could not go. Would it have been nice to tell us? When I asked about it the next day, they said, "we didnt know about it" and went back to staring at their computer. We have been there before, but will not return. The room itself was OK, except for the very loud wall air conditioner that kept going off and on all night.

Small hallways hard to move the luggage carts around without hitting the walls.

The location and the staff are great, but this hotel needs a refresh. My room smelled terrible and the window air conditioner was loud and unpleasant. The room was also carpeted and it made the whole room feel unclean. Grateful for the coffee vouchers at check in, the coffee is very good- but I did wish they offered bottled water at the desk or in the room. My last concern is security. No keys are needed to access the guest floors- not even from the elevator that services the roof top bar. It stops on every floor and is accessible right from the front door before check in.

I liked the complimentary drink at the bar each day I stayed. There were no unpleasant surprises.

, dirty accent chair, weird curtains that barely closed and attached to wall by a hook that was coming out of the cracked wall, no Refrigerator and the roughest sandpaper toilet paper I’ve ever used The doorman was rude when I tried to punch the automatic door and acted like i was stupid. When I called to say there was no hot water Daniel said I’ll call engineering and hung up on me. The staff crowed the elevator and the huge rolling towel bin was constantly in the hallways. The location is the only thing going for this place. It needs some work. I do not recommend this place. On a side note literally every person I rode the elevator with had issues as well so I’m not just extra picky. I actually rarely ever write reviews but this place just sucked

Location and previous stays at Lincoln Hotel makes it familiar. Allows us to bring our dog. Not quite as clean one set of towels. Had to go to front desk for bedding . Hot in the hallways and loud pounding music from the rooftop bar . Room wasn’t ready and had to settle for a different room at check in

Disappointed with the quality of the room - it felt like a motel style room.
-
Bathroom had mold, Rooms are outdated, TV didnt work, bed was hard, looked nothing like the pictures
-
Room was nothing like photos, tv was old did not work, no bed skirt so box spring fully exposed, carpet felt damp due ac being under window near floor, lamp on left side of bed broken, outlet on left side of bed did not work, bathroom smelled musty. We would have enforced staff but when we went down our first morning to ask for a do not disturb sign, manager was on his cellphone was indifferent so we figured what’s the point.
-
Bed comfortable. Housekeeping of my room 1106 was great but renovation was unimaginative for the Lincoln theme. It could be so cool.
-
Perfect location. The hotel is clean but could use an update.

The hotel was great! Staff was incredibly attentive and kind. Would 100% stay again.

Very close to the beach!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Lincoln!! Perfect location to explore the Lincoln Park neighborhood and surrounding area. We were able to walk to the zoo and beach as well as delicious restaurants and bars and so much more! A bus stop was right across the street if needed. The beautiful view from the rooftop bar was a fun surprise as well as choice of complementary drinks or coffee at check in! Definitely recommend if you’re visiting the area!

The room was tiny. The internet was modem speed. No refrigerator. No microwave. Expensive parking.
-
I loved where this hotel was located. It was convenient to get to most places and the Ubers weren’t too expensive. The restaurant located inside the hotel was great. Happy hour was offered and the food was delicious. The staff was very nice and gave us bottled water whenever we asked for it. Elevator was a bit old and at times the door was finicky, but other than that we enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you!
