There is a nice clean frig that we used to stash some of our personal items that is allowed as well as access to a nice outside area with tables. My ONLY suggestion to the hotel ( and I do mean only) is that the pillows were flat that suited my back sleeping husband but slightly below par for side sleepers like me. Even with flat pillows, we plan to visit again and stay here!

My absolute favorite b&b experience ever! The manager Jose is AMAZING!!! So kind and helpful with any request we made. Location is awesome and the place is so cozy and charming. Most comfortable bed I ever slept in. Highly recommend and will surely return the next time I’m in Chicago.

We had only a quick overnight stay at Sono but hope to visit for a longer time in the future. This house is beautiful! The communal kitchen, patio, and rooftop deck were a surprise and added bonus. Our room was the perfect size, had a comfortable bed, good linens, and lovely, very large bathroom. We appreciated how quiet the home was and really enjoyed the snacks and breakfast in the kitchen. Also really loved the Old Town neighborhood and hope to explore it more in the future.

Great place to stay near Lincoln park! Very clean and friendly. Would love to bring a group to this location.

Staff is very helpful. Kitchen stocked with beverages and snacks. Nice breakfast. On a pretty and quiet street.

Do not reserve the basement rooms! There is no in-room control of the temperature. The AC was so strong it was an igloo. I complained and AC was just turned off, so no air at all. The kitchen is directly above your bed. Every morning the sound of squeaky floors, smell of burned croissants. Security is lacking. The only key for the building is the front gate key. The basement rooms are near the laundry, so people are coming at all hours. The neighborhood is unsafe. The price is too high for an unsafe igloo in a basement.

Newly constructed property and everything was almost pristine. Comfortable, well appointed. Nice quiet neighborhood with ample street parking. Near CTA train stations and restaurants. Exceeded my expectations!

This was my second stay at the Sono. I love everything about it. It is a great location with restaurants within walking distance. Free to park close to hotel. Comfortable beds. Very clean!! Management is both helpful and friendly! Breakfast had healthy options. I plan to stay again next time I’m in town.

I can't recommend The Sono Chicago enough. We arrived early, but they were ready for us. We were personally escorted to our room, which was extremely clean and had the most comfortable bed. Parking was easy on the street. Breakfast was good and plentiful and it was nice having access to water and snacks. We will definitely be staying at this wonderful Old Town location each time we are in town.
