The design is beautiful and functional. I loved the baby windows, the furniture and it has everything you need (coffee, a mini fridge, basic toiletries, bath robes). The location is great, right next to the Chicago River. I really enjoyed my stay. Noise can get through if there's something happening on the street (e.g., people playing loud music). Luckily I didn't have issues sleeping since the area becomes quiet at night.

Great location. Very walkable to everything that we wanted..The Riverwalk, shopping and the Chicago Theater. The room was nice, bed was comfy and the complimentary robes and face masks were a huge plus. Only downside was that we did not have a view. The restaurant was fantastic. The food and drinks were phenomenal.

The overall experience, however, was a little underwhelming compared to what I expected based on how the hotel is advertised. Check-in was pretty backed up, and check-out was crowded and hectic. I also wasn’t able to get coffee in the morning, which was disappointing. My Expedia status wasn’t acknowledged at all—not the end of the world, but still something I noticed. I didn’t pay an outrageous amount for the stay, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad value. The room was comfortable and clean, but overall I expected a little more from the experience based on the hotel’s claims and reputation. Restaurant was amazing though, but underwhelming for my birthday.

Loved everything about the hotel. Very clean, super friendly staff, and great location. Food and drinks very nice too.

Staff was friendly and really helpful, we arrived at 10 in the morning, they were able to hold our luggage until check-in time, the same thing when we left, they were able to hold our luggage until 8 PM, we loved the coffee machine in the lobby, I would totally recommend this hotel, we will be back.

Parking was valet which was helpful because I didn’t have to worry about parking and whenever I needed my vehicle it was easy to request by text and they were very prompt bringing it around. The amenities were great and the entire hotel was clean. All the staff I meet were very nice and answered any questions I had.

We booked the 'breakfast package' where you get $50 credit towards breakfast each morning, when we tried to order, our phone was broken and no way to order on the app and 'charge it to your room', ok call the front desk, they transfer to restaurant where no one answers until front desk goes over to tell restaurant to answer their phone. We order, say we will come down to pick up order (to avoid room service fee as it is just bringing a take out bag up the elevator) and when I get downstairs I have to wait for hostess to acknowledge me only to be told my food is upstairs. Text my room, boyfriend says 'no food is not here' so I go to the front desk to tell them for the 2nd time how our phone is broken (which she does not care) and oh my food is sitting at the front desk. When I go to check out there is an extra 200 on my tab because they conveniently 'forgot to credit' all of the food we ordered. Zero apology. Just no excuse for this level of incompetence. Our phone never was fixed during our 4 night stay and the one in the hall of our floor didnt work either. I would say just dont buy the breakfast package, but also stay around the corner at the Pendry where service is just so much better. Very very disappointed because of all the great reviews and this is not a cheap place, so yeah never returning!

Great location and friendly staff

Close to the river and all downtown Chicago has to offer! Loved it! We stayed with our grand kiddo and they were so kind and accommodating. Most folks staying there were there for business purposes, and even the guests were kind and welcoming. Great vibe! 10 out of 10 reccomend!

Great place, very clean and great area. Only thing was sink was leaking from faucet.

Perfect location at heart of Chicago loop. Clean and spacious room. Staff are helpfully warm. An awesome experience.

Muy atentos desde que llegamos hasta que partimos. Ofrecen servicio de café y agua todo el día, y lo surten en la habitación cuando se necesita . Muy limpia y cómoda la habitación. Eduardo muy atento cada vez que lo veíamos y nos ayudó con la reserva del perilla para cenar, cuando al principio se nos negó para desayunar.
