The “Rooftop” club at night is the worse experience ever for the guests who may just want to go to their rooms. It’s very unorganized and a very uncomfortable feeling because of the security staff trying to finesse money. When paying high amounts for the room and having to deal with construction as well we should be able to feel safe and comfortable in the hotel.

Screwed up my reservation. Double charged me. A mess. Said they would fix it and didn’t follow through.

Sister and I, stayed at the Wit. There was a party on the roof when we were checking in. So impressed with how the team handled the elevators so guests could get to rooms. We stayed three nights - had a ball !! Can’t wait to stay again. Extra points for amazingly large bathroom 🙌👏

Room was decent. Carpet in our room was dirty, old and grimy. Along with the shower and shower curtain. Thought this is was a nicer, more elevated hotel. Especially for price and location. The view from our room was also terrible.
-
Excellent vibe! The rooftop was rockin! Clean place we will be back.!!

Awful experience with front desk. Prepaid nonrefundable room thru Expedia. Got to the hotel and they didn't have a room for us. Lots of waiting and heading they finally figured it out more than an hour later. It went downhill from there. Avoid

This is the perfect hotel to stay at, it’s in the middle of downtown Chicago. The staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the happy hour at rooftop from 4pm to 6pm.
