Had to change rooms because AC wasn’t working but staff very helpful. No hand towels in first room. No washcloths in 2nd room. But worked around it, no big deal. Furniture very dated.

The elevator smelled like urine. I had swipe at least 4 times every time I wanted to get into my room. The front desk staff acted as if they did not want to be bothered. The lobby was locked in the day time as well as the night. I will not stay there again.

First, it was in a very sketchy neighborhood where I did not feel safe at all. People were shouting and screaming at all hours of the night, homeless people were asleep out front, and I think they had a daycare being run out of one of the rooms. While the room appeared clean at first glance, upon further inspection, it wasn’t. There was something growing out of the ceiling that may or may not have been a mushroom. It smelled like someone sprayed Febreze to make it seem clean. Trash cans on the property were overflowing and did not appear to be emptied even the next day. The linoleum on the floor was bubbled and moved when you stepped on it. There was paper under the sheets covering the mattress. The water coming from the shower was ice cold. No matter how long we let it run it did not warm up. The water pressure was terrible. The room felt damp and humid. The lobby was filthy and they had a sign up saying it was closed but it wasn’t. When I tried to check out early, the guy at the counter didn’t understand me. I had to call later in the day and speak to someone else. There were no amenities, unless you count the mushroom growing from the ceiling. This motel should be removed from your listings on Hotel.com. It is absolutely horrible and should not be promoted by your company. I checked out early because there was no way I was staying there another night.

Staff was friendly and helpful at the front desk. Pictures online were not accurate. Room was dirty and smelled like weed. Floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped in months. Broken furniture and poorly patched walls. Door locks were broken. We got in very late and checked out immediately. Don’t waste your time and money here.

When we arrived our room floor was full of water. Refrigerator thawed and all the water was on floor. I went and got towels and sopped up myself. There was a mess in bathroom, one of the chairs had dried sticky stuff on it, couldn't use the pool the City put a padlock on the gate and a note it was closed for uncleaniness. This place is awful. We had to stay 1 night because we didn't have a car with us otherwise we would have left in the first hour.

Room had food stains that looked fresh and not even wiped down and the noise from the street bleeds into the rooms like there's no door. All night every night you could hear loud tunes cars, their stereos or any semi trying to pick up speed leaving the light a couple hundred feet away. Honestly if you're a heavy sleeper just looking for a place to crash it's worth the money but otherwise it was insanely noisy every single night.

Terrible customer service. Rude over the phone. Couldn’t find the paid room. Didn’t try to help. Then got charged extra to be on the phone figuring everything out. Rude over the phone, no assistance, not professional

It was near many conveniences The pool was closed and our next door neighbors kids were noisy and weren’t respectful to other guests

TV didn't work, as in it turned on but couldn't change channels at all. The flooring was bubbling up everywhere which made it strange for my wheelchair. The ramp out into the parking lot is a wheelchair hazard with a large lip at the bottom transition.

Really nice hotel staff was friendly

We had a good stay, needed something last minute and this location fit our needs. Price was reasonable, easy access to public transportation, and plenty of good restaurants nearby.

Pool has been closed by the health department. ,big hole in the bathroom door. Graffiti in the drawers. The chair has nasty black stuff on the side. Lots of broken door trim. The tables are all chipped up. The power socket by the sink for the coffee maker doesn't work. The bed feels like springs. The curtain is filthy and has holes all over. They tried to use electrical tape to cover the holes.
