Everything was great. The property & room were clean and the staff was attentive.

When I walked into register, they were so helpful and patient and even me giving me two bottles of Saratoga water. My room bright, spotless and cheerful and stocked with delicious coffees and flavored creamers, plus the TV had a welcoming message for me with my name on it. My breakfast was delicious with a custom-made omelette, and all the trimmings were included. Very convenient parking & the parking lot was so convenient for shopping that you don’t even need your car as an outdoor type of Mall with many wonderful stores The staff there were friendly as could be, and I can’t wait to come back again to the beautiful Clifton Park area.

Friendly staff it was nice The day we were leaving, my husband, lost his horseshoe ring with diamonds and somebody picked it up and had to be either a staff member because it was early in the morning when we left so I’m very sad about that. No one found it.

Not our 1st visit! Rooms were clean and comfortable, recently renovated meeting all our needs. We were on the 5th floor with a view of the roof top with all heating/air conditioning units; the only negative. The staff was always pleasant and helpful.
