Clean room and bedding, just needed minor paint touch-ups but nothing major. Staff was helpful. The only negative was the lack of breakfast choices and my room card kept needing to be re-programmed everyday. Otherwise, I would stay here again if I wanted to save money.

The facility was very dirty & outdated. Several items needed repair or replacement. Some of the facilities staffers were dressed inappropriately. The facility was clearly under staffed or mis managed.

Dirty floor, tv bad, load, uncomfortable bed.

My no smoking room smelled like smoke. They gave me another one that was better. Staff was helpful and courteous. The hotel is shabby. Not worth the money. I would rather sleep in a box under a bridge.

Dirty hotel worst I have every stayed at.
-
TV was broken and they wouldn't give me a new room

No-one at desk when we arrived.tv remote not working well.Found an pty pizza box in the room when we arrived.Body wash was empty and hand soap was nearly gone.Very disappointed.

It is off the main road and surrounded by woods. Staff for not helpful and there was no customer service. I have to wait two hours for check-in and was told there is never early check-in. The bathrooms and rooms were very outdated with scuffs and peeling paint. The door locks did not appear to work. For the price the experience was very disappointing. As a solo female traveler I did not feel safe or secure at this property.

Our room, 220, was filthy. My feet were black from walking on the floors before I started wearing shoes at all times, cobwebs on the walls in the room and bathroom, and I found a couple of little bugs crawling on my bed. The hotel doesn't have an elevator, so for those of us on the second floor, expect to carry all your bags, porta-crib, etc., up and down the stairs. The public stairs and hallways were in much need of vacuuming. I understand, it was my choice to stay at this hotel, but I did so because it was a cheaper choice. It was still $170.00 a night for dirt.

There wasn't much to like about this hotel. Dirty and in need of a lot repairs. Employees really didn't care about any issues that were brought to their attention. Awful place to stay! Will never be back

Dirty hallways and way to noisy

You get what you paid for

Clean hotel, tidy, friendly staff. Outdated amenities; “retro” style. They work, if you don’t mind the style.
-
Friendly staff and very easy to get to with a lot of options for food nearby
-
The beds had dog hair all over them and the place smelt of weed and other burning smells our entire stay.
-
Receptionist, skinny blonde at counter seam to unravel at the slightest situations, could always hear her talking on her cell, personal things or talking about staff out loud in front of guest.
-
Not the best condition and very sketchy.

I did stay there with my 3 kids and our room that was suppose to be ready at 3, was not ready at 5:30. We came back around 8:30 and were able to check in. The swipe card worked but you had to work VERY hard to get it to work. The door jam was all busted, the walls had fresh plaster on them, and the bathroom light fixture had no cover. It did not feel comfortable and I mostly felt nervous the whole time there. We had to ended up checking out a day early.
-
Tv didn’t work we paid for queen size and they had to full mattresses on queen boxsprings. Beds were uncomfortable no soap or shampoo in the rooms no extra blanket or pillows
