No soap or shampoo in the bathroom.No remote for T.V.

, room had no trash can, garbage in corners of the room.

We got to the home around 6pm to check in. Never checked our room because we had plans at 7pm and went to our room around 1am to find out that we only had one room between both parties. Someone else was double booked for our room. Here it is 2:30am and the manager is not offering us anything to help. Worst experience ever

This hotel is wore out!! Doors would not unlock at my arrival. Had to go to 3 room to get doors to open. Staff did there best to solve issue. My room ended up only partially cleaned. Hair in the sink and fridge had food and drink left over from a previous guest. The food stunk so bad I dropped it in the trash can outside. Some of the desk staff was very helpful . One of the ladies oilfield always be found outside smoking next to the no smoking sign!! Ice machine only worked part time. The room TV was terrible. It too bad this hotel give me the desire to ever go to a Red Roof again. Again some of the staff was doing their best and apologized for problems. But this property is a mess!! The shower was great but I asked for another towel. I am still waiting!!!

If you want a noisy and inadequate run operation then stay there. Yapping dogs, kids running up and down the aisles at 12:30 at night when your trying to sleep is normal. I say this because management does nothing to control it. I can assure you I will never set foot in the place again. Hope this helps!

Not in a very good shape, our room had mildew, dead bug in bathroom, room 146 has a huge whirlpool bath and a shower but it's difficult of access, very dangerous for older people. The wall and ceiling in the bathroom was falling apart. Over all, this property should not have the rating you are giving it. Will not return.

No elevator, no mention of handicap room, duct tape around outlets, shower was horrible, sink was leaking

The room was not ready when we tried to check in and the room was poorly cleaned. The floor was sticky and we ended up having to modify our stay to check out a day early still waiting on a refund would not recommend this to anyone.

Filthy. Hallways and stairs hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. Trash and garbage in parking lot. This place e is a health hazard! The picture is from washing my feet after a shower, walking on the room's floors

Extremely thin walls/ceiling consistly very nosiy late into the night and early morning, so thin of walls heard the next guy snoring in the next room, and lots of foot stomping above me all night. Not very clean, was dirty Qtips behind toliet upon arrival and dusty/sticky furniture.

I like that it was affordable and convenient The bathroom was in need of a good paint job to cover up all the plaster and damaged ceiling.

One con Is that I had trouble with the shower valve once in the past. The shower would not produce enough hot water during 1 stay. Another time water dripping continuously from the tub spout. But the rooms are reasonable priced. Which is an important factor to consider. For many when choosing a hotel. I recommend booking a reservation at this hotel. For short term stays.

The room was dirty, and there was a leak in the ceiling that had black mold . The entire place was dirty, inside and outside . Save your $

the mattress on bed was not comfortable could have I used extra blanket had to request toiletries.

And all of the soap dispensers were empty. There were brown stains on the rim of the tub. It was so bad I didn't stay for my prepaid 2nd night.

The waffle maker did n t work took forever to get new towels and trash bags
