Good breakfast

This hotel was a wonderful place to stay when we attended a concert in Saratoga. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We didn’t even know they ran a shuttle over to Saratoga—that was definitely an added plus! Property is clean and the breakfast had a nice variety of food and drinks. Highly recommend.

The toilet continuously ran after every flush, creating another inconvenience during our stay. The staff were amazing!!!!

easy check in process got a king suite in the worst location. right out side of the lobby and gym. a suite shouldnt be in that bad of a location. and the body wash was empty the whole stay

Convenient location just south of Saratoga. Convenient restaurant in the parking lot. Easy check-in. Rooms could have been cleaner. The free breakfast was mediocre but there are other options in the area if you don't want to eat it.

There was a group of boys running thru the hall late at night, knocking on doors. I texted the automated desk, but received no answer

Hotel overall was okay. The room smelled weird/ stale. The fold out sofa bed was a joke-awful. Pillows also awful. My 11 year old couldn’t even use the sofa bed it was so bad. Pool was nice, breakfast was good. Probably wouldn’t stay again simply due to the smell.

I was amazing staff cleaning and everything was great thank you
