Stay was a good experience

Breakfast was supplied poorly. Food ran out by 9 AM.. Bathroom walls were dirty. Bathroom shower curtain was dirty. Drawers had food crumbs in it.

Super accueil chaleureux, mais j’ai rarement vu une salle de bain aussitôt sale. Les tapis sont tellement tachés partout, même où on déjeune, ce n’est pas appétissant. Le déjeuner, malgré qu’il était tôt, tout était vide presque. Le lit était confortable et l’endroit est calme malgré qu’il soit presque de l’autoroute.

The room was not very clean. The walls and corners of the bathroom were pretty dirty. Other than that it was a nice stay

Bring your Wyndham Rewards number or you CANNOT access wi-fi in your room and no one sat the front desk can help. If you call Wyndham, they want to sell you stuff but will not help you with getting wifi in your room, VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!

Clean room. Quiet. Didn’t smell like pot (so many hotels do these days). Felt safe. No bananas at breakfast. Toilet paper holder broken. Otherwise all was good.

Property was very clean

First room was absolutely filthy and disgusting had to be asked to be moved. While waiting on the completion of the room at the front desk and my daughter sitting in new room they gave another guest the same room, resulting in someone walking in on my daughter. I have asked for 2 days now to speak to the property manager with zero response just delay after delay. Jordan the manager needs to do better for her hotel guests.

However, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner were nowhere to be found in the room when we checked in. In addition, housekeeping opened the door and attempted to enter the room while we were still inside getting ready to check out. I’m curious if there are procedures in place to ensure housekeeping confirms with the front desk that a guest has fully checked out before entering the room, especially since it was not yet checkout time. This was the first time I’ve experienced something like this.
