La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Clifton Park/Saratoga Area

We booked a room for 3 adults the extra bed wasn’t made up and there was no bedding I had to ask at reception. The receptionist was helpful and gave me a bedding bag with sheets but they were not ironing and I questioned if they were clean. Overall not a bad stay at all but it could be better

Felt new and clean, just a little construction going on in one area. Big common areas in lobby and outdoor terrace to hang out. Good breakfast, overall great value.

All around start to finish it was a great stay. The room was perfect, roomy, clean, and had all the things I could need. Thank you

Everything Was As Advertised. Great Bed. I Did Not Get Any Of The Staffs Names I Came Into Contact With, But They Were All Really Polite, Helpful And Genuinely Caring.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating to several issues that cropped up. The room was fine and spacious. No major issues, although both treadmills being broken was surely frustrating.

Well, I left my medication in the refrigerator at checkout and realized I'd left it a few hours later, and the staff, primarily the manager, thought it was funny. I couldn't believe how someone forgetting their medication was a joke. After returning to the hotel, I was told that, although I was traveling from out of state, the manager had left for the day and that it would be taken care of tomorrow. Huh, I was baffled... With that being said, I called and tried to resolve this matter, but received minimal response and explained that the medication required refrigeration. I was notified via email that they had done everything, including checking the garbage, and couldn't find my meds. I begged the front desk staff to ask the housekeeper, but they refused. I attempted to call corporate; however, it's privately owned, so basically, they couldn't get involved. Then a day later, I received an email saying they found the medication,, and what did I want them to do! I said I'm home and I sent a copy of the price of the medication, and haven't heard from them since ......... so disappointed

This was my second time staying at this location. Both of my stays for excellent all around

The bathroom was unclean when I arrived. There was previous fecal matter in the toilet when I went to use it the next day. Not the case when I stayed before. Otherwise room was clean after a thorough inspection. Breakfast is acceptable and staff are friendly. Like multiple entrances and exits using room card

The hotel was clean and well appointed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was located near an ice machine and in the mornings were incredibly noisy. We heard every single person getting ice. Friends of our also stayed here and had a different experience. I think it depends on how close an ice machine your room is.

Breakfast was not great! Personal covering breakfast area in way of self service. Wiping counters right under me. Knocked my coffee over on to my foot. Although very apologetic she should give patrons space to help themselves

Nice rooms. Lots of amenities and breakfast was a nice touch in the morning.

There was a great employee at the desk during check in i think her name was yadi or yami, she was sweet and kind. The hotel looked expensive for what i had paid, The only thing was that I was out of conditioner and soap.

Breakfast is great, room is spacious. Love it

Front desk staff was friendly. Room was clean. Shower water was hot. There was enough parking. Breakfast was good. Checkout was easy. We didn't really hang out there much otherwise.

No hand soap in bathroom. Had to walk in the shower to wash hands

Great place to stay. New, clean, up to date facilities. We stayed for a concert at SPAC very close proximity to the venue. Would definitely stay again!
