Restaurant food was good

Disappointing. The shower didnt have a shower head...there was a smell of stale cigarettes, and nothing was clean. The sheets had stains. The chairs had stains. The curtains had stains.

Parking was easy, unfortunately they had a leak in one of their water pipes and the whole lobby was flooded and there was no running water for hours and when it did come on it was only cold water, NO HOT water so we couldn’t shower and the bar was closed due to the water issue!! So sad…

Stay clear!

Entire water system broke, we had no water at all. Couldn't take shower at night and the morning, totally unacceptable charging 250+ a room per night.

Solid choice for price point. Central in the area if your traveling between Albany and saratoga area. Would stay again

Only room left was next to the elevators and it was so very noisy

The King room was quite large, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was nothing special but a few bagels and coffee set up in the lobby so we went out to eat. We did look inside the bar but didn’t go in to order anything this visit. For the room alone and as the room rate was less than all other hotels in Clifton Park, NY, I would definitely return.

Patrons would be more comfortable with good in-room coffee, full shower dispensers and clean towels for ever day!

The hotel itself seems to have been a lovely place at one time. The trash bins at the entrance were overflowing. The table the coffee and tea carafes was a mess and next it There were dirty plates when we checked in at 7 Pm and the same plates still there in the AM. Floors were sticky everywhere and any surface you touched. Overall the building inside and out needs a thorough cleaning.

Room was big and nice. Bed was so so comfortable. Like sleeping on a cloud. Wish I didn’t have to leave early. We upgraded to a room with a jetted bathtub. And the tub did not blow any bubbles maintenance came up to try to fix it. He couldn’t fix it and the next morning when we went to leave we should’ve gotten a refund for $50 (the upgrade fee) and the guy at the desk tried to only give us back $25 when I told him this was wrong and told him what it should’ve been he had no problem giving me the other $25. But besides that everything was perfect.

The coffee station wasn’t very clean and the top of the garbage cans by it was discussing. Our room was nice and the bar was nice

Grandson left behind his wallet, staff were amazing at helping getting it shipped back to us.

Beautiful site, staff very helpful breakfast was bagels and oatmeal, tea ane coffee.
